Heavenly Path to Paradise Truth
The Path to Heaven via the path to Paradise

As we have discovered in the earlier pages of this Heavenly Hope Bible study, there is a difference between Paradise and Heaven. Heaven is the more familiar Spiritual place and final destination. Paradise is usually identified with the Garden of Eden or with Abraham's Bosom which is the place where the righteous Christian souls, who have passed from this earthly realm to the next spiritual realm await their precious gift, which is not due to any Christian works, but rather because of God's Mercy and God's Grace. This eternal gift is given at Judgment Day.

For those who can hear, I will reveal to you the Truth of the Path to Paradise. It begins with God's Grace The Truth is this ... God sacrificed His only Son to get His children into Heaven. Think about that for a second ... God sacrificed His only Son to get you into Heaven.

John 3:16

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

But, why did God choose to sacrifice His Son?

It is very simple ... Because God loves us so very much and mankind had done so much bad, that all the sacrificing in the world would not cleanse away the sin.

See, long ago, sacrifices were needed to cleanse away the sins that mankind had committed against God. But now ... Jesus is the eternal Sacrifice. Believing in Jesus, cleanses away our past sins. God loved us so much, that even knowing the only sacrifice that would suffice, was His own Son ... He decided to do it anyway as to save His children. One more thing to ponder on ... Jesus Himself chose to lay down His life for you. The Bible is clear ... The first step that you have to do to get into Heaven is ...

Believe in Jesus

John 6:28-29

28 Then said they unto Him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him whom He hath sent.

Heavenly Path to Paradise Procedure
The Path to Heaven Awaits

There are Self proclaimed, Christian leaders, who suggest that law and works prevails over God's Grace and say that law and works are the way to Heaven and these rascals demand that the burden on Christians is to be heavy, so that it makes it to enter the gates of Heaven. These individuals have no compassion, understanding or love for others, in their heart. They have no concept of the love that God has for His children. Their desire for self edification, blinds them from the Truth.

The Apostles learned from the Holy Spirit that the Jewish customs and some of the Jewish Laws were not to be placed upon the Gentiles (anyone who is not Jewish). As well they should not be under the Old Covenant as God has made a New Covenant and that is why it is said that the Holy Spirit directed this:

Acts 15:28-29

28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things,
29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if you keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.

In short if you are not Jewish ... You are a Gentile. You are not bound to Jewish customs of the Old Covenant.

John 1:17

For the law was given by Moses, but Grace and Truth came by Jesus Christ.

As Christians, we are bound under the New Covenant and not the Old Covenant just as our Father said ... He has broken the Old Covenant, because mankind broke it with Him.

Zechariah 11:10-13

10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my Covenant which I had made with all the people.
11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the Lord.
12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.
13 And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord.

The Old Covenant ended when Jesus died and Judas Iscariot and the Religious leaders weighed His price for 30 pieces of silver and they crucified our Lord and He died for our sins.

The New Covenant then began.

Heavenly Path Blessing
Walking the Path to Heaven

Now, make no mistake my friend ...

God's Grace reveals that if you truly believe in Jesus and the Truth that He was willing to die for you, and did, that you would know that He loves you so much that you will want to do what He wants you to do because you would know that He is looking out for your best interests. You will try hard not to do things that would make him ashamed or disappointed in you. You may fall, but always remember that only a worm is free from the worry of stumble and the real test is to see if you will get up, dust yourself off, carry on and never surrender.

Saints ... Are just the sinners that fall down and get up !!!

As time passes, you will find that you begin to make the right choices, out of love and not fear of punishment. It will be your faith that establishes your works.

Here is the Truth ...

Galatians 2:21

I do not frustrate the Grace of God. For if righteousness comes by the law ... Then Christ is dead in vain.

Ephesians 2:8-9

8 For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

In Truth, it was some self proclaimed religious leaders, back in Jesus' day, that were constantly following Jesus around quoting law. His responses were so compelling that they ran away in fear and confusion. They became so afraid of losing their high places, that they devised a plan and had Jesus crucified. They used laws to do it. They claimed they were doing a God service:

John 16:2-3

2 They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.
3 And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

They were wrong !!!

But, God had a plan and His Will was done.

The Path to Paradise Point of Interest ... Jesus said it best, when the Self proclaimed Religious leaders of that time brought a woman before Jesus, to be judged for a sin that she had committed. They asked Jesus what should be done to her, knowing that the law said that she should be stoned to death ...

After drawing in the sand for a bit, Jesus said:

John 8:7

He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

They all dropped their stones.

Christian's Heavenly Path to Paradise
The Path to Heaven is Paved With Love

So, if you are one of the "holier than thou" teachers of law, and elect to judge the lost, which are potential Christians ... Beware, lest you find yourself being judged, as you have judged these lost souls, and you losing God's Grace.

Many Christians and even some Churches, judge other people by the clothes they wear, length of hair, which side of town they live on, the color of their skin, past experiences and mistakes they have made, etc.

It is very sad that these individuals, who consider themselves to be better than another of God's children (even though, they know in their hearts that they were also forgiven of their sins of the past, and received God's Grace and still sin) and that these people would find it necessary to judge another, in some vain attempt to appear to uplift themselves ... Pretending to be doing a God service.

Their view makes the Cross, of no effect.

God sacrificed His only Son to get His children into Heaven.

Now, tell me ... Do you think for a moment that our loving God is sitting up there saying to His children, "If you so much as make a mistake, I will put you in the depths of Hell." ... After, He let His son die a painful death to get His children into Heaven?

Of course not ...

Heavenly Path to Paradise Story
The Path to Heaven Parable

This reminds me of a story:

There was a man, that we will call Mr. Smith, who was sitting in Church with his wife. He had just dozed off, during the pastor's sermon, when he awoke to the sound of the collection plate coming around. He watched as the people next to him put in what they could afford, which was very little. When the collection plate reached him, he cleared his throat very loud, as to gain the attention of all those around him, and put a hundred dollar bill into the collection plate. When Church was over, he was edging his way through the crowd towards the front door and saw a statue of Jesus. He thought to himself, "He needs a haircut and a shave."

On the way to his favorite restaurant for brunch, he came upon a stoplight and saw one of those people. You know, the ones with a sign that says "Will work for food". This guy had long hair, a beard and very dirty, worn out clothing. As he came to a stop, Mr. Smith rolled up the electric windows in his new Cadillac and turned his head away from the poor looking man, who was now just outside his window, with his hand stretched out towards Mr. Smith. After what seemed like forever, to Mr. Smith, the stoplight turned green. Before Mr. Smith pulled off, he rolled down the window and yelled out, "Hey, ya bum, Get a job," and then sped off laughing.

A few years later, Mr. Smith died of cancer and ended up at God's Judgment seat. Jesus asked Mr. Smith why it was that he thought he was worthy to get into Heaven. Mr. Smith said proudly that he donated a hundred dollars every time his wife could drag him to Church. Jesus asked if that was the only reason and Mr. Smith said, "Yes, of course, I have paid for my way into Heaven."

Jesus looked at Mr. Smith and said, "I disagree with you. You failed to have compassion and love for your fellow man, when the opportunity arose. You are greedy and selfish and are not worthy to enter Heaven." Mr. Smith, convicted by Jesus' Words, turned and started walking away with his head hung low. Then Jesus said, "And, by the way Mr. Smith ... I am no bum and I do have a job."

The moral of this story is echoed throughout the entire Bible:

Matthew 25:40

... Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

Hebrews 13:2

Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained Angels unawares.

Heavenly Path to Paradise Warning
The Path to Heaven Danger

Some Christians and even some Christian leaders, make it difficult for those who would become Christians to do so because they elect to preach law to the potential Christian instead of God's Grace by saying such things as "If you have ever done this or that, you are damned."

Matthew 23:13

But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the Kingdom of Heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

For example ... If a potential Christian had ever divorced their spouse, stolen anything, abused drugs, had sex out of marriage, smoked, cussed or anything else one can think of ... It somehow makes these Self appointed, "holier than thou" teachers of law, feel that they have the right to find the potential Christian unworthy of God's Grace and to pass judgment. This causes the potential Christian to walk away and never consider becoming a Christian again.

My friend ... If any of this has ever happened to you, do not let it prevent you from receiving God's Grace which is free to everyone. When you truly believe in Jesus, God forgives your past sins ... Period !!!

The Path to Paradise Summary

It all comes down to a choice. The choice is yours. Nobody can make it for you. You can either deny this Truth and be cast into the Lake of Fire, forever or believe in Jesus, who died for us and live forever in Heaven. Either way, forever is a lonnnnnnng time. Some people ask, but what if all this is just a bunch of superstition or fairy tales. I ask you this ... What if it is not?

Be wise and choose Jesus.

Now, I ask you ... What do you have to lose by just believing in Jesus? It sounds like a tiny investment for great returns. He is the best eternal life insurance policy, money can't buy.
