Easy Yummy Food

1 large can Enchilada Sauce
3 cans (drained) chicken
1 medium onion
6 small corn tortillas
5 cups colby jack and monterey jack cheese

Mix together and pour into casserol dish or pan, cook for 30 minutes at 400* (may reduce it to 350, but double the time. Also this is for high elevations.)

Prep time is about as long as it takes for the oven to heat up.

Also, if you mistakenly get canned chicken flavored with buffalo sauce, it's not bad.
