Recipe: Variable Biscuits

Ingredients
  • 250g flavour (see variations for ideas)
  • 2 1/4 cup (400g) Self Raising Flour
  • 3/4 cup (170mL) oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (125g) sugar

Method
  1. Crush/chop flavour (if necessary)
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Place tablespoon amounts on a greased tray
  4. Bake on 180 degrees celsius for 25 minutes

Variations
  • Cranberry and Cashew
  • Apricot and Almond
  • Chocolate Biscuits
  • M&M's
  • Date

Oh my goodness, my mouth is watering. That Apricot and Almond variation sounds just delicious! I am going to have to make these sometime. Thank you for sharing this recipe trailblazer. If you have any more good ones, please share those too.
