Cannot enter chat room

I cant access chat at all. The search keeps on and on endlessly. Tried accessing through the forums -enter chat..still nothing. Almost giving up

mnjue see if you have Flash Player on your computer. You have to have flash to get in chat.

I have been able to access chat till late last month. Since beginning of this year i cant. I am doing things same way...and even trying new options.

We just got a new chatroom this week mnjue...and it takes flash player which is new. Did you see if you have it installed? If not you can run and download it, and try again.

go to adobe . com , when the page opens go to downloads , and there you will see Flash player , download that . If you dont see Flash by itself , there's Acrobat or Adobe Reader 9 , in that Flash is included , you can download that , and then you can uninstall everything else but Flash if you dont want or need the rest of the stuff that comes with it .

mnjue, what is happening when you click on the Enter button that goes to chat?

Are there any error messages, white screen do you see anything?

If you didnt have flash installed, the system would have re-directed you to the adobe site to dl flash so it sounds like u have flash installed correctly.

Anyone else having these problems getting in?
