Can't get into chat

Tried to get in chat says my user name and password is invalid. When i try to request password says email not on file. I have deleted my cache and still won't let me in and got in earlier today...please help

hi rfaye, sorry for this. We are experiencing chat room wide problems today and tonight. We contacted the chat room server as they have had troubles over the last week and that they were working out some lingering problems. Will be worked out asap. Have a blessed evening
