Can't get into chat

Can't get into chat

I am new to this site and after logging in I tried to get into the chat rooms but it will not take my user id and password again. I tried to have it reset and it took a couple of hours later to get a resource code but now I can't get to that page anymore. What is wrong? Why do we have to log in to the site and then log in a second time to the chat rooms? Am I not doing something right? Help! *help*

Sorry for the inconvenience. :oops: We have a fairly new chat room and it appears there was a glitch on your account. It has been reset and should work now.
