Building My Life Again

Hello, everyone.

I know, I know. It's been a while, but I'm still around. I just do not have personal internet access at home right now. But, here's my progress so far.

The last time I posted was in SOS, so I'll start with my progress in this area first. Although I've been tripping up occassionally, I am happy to report that I've begun to grow stronger in this area. I actually now have the knowledge of the source cause that led to this, and it was regarding some things that occured in my marriage.

My marriage had led me to a very dark place where a lot of fear crept into my life. But that dark cloud has been lifting since my separation, only it had done so slowly. Every time God kept trying to release me from it, I inadvertently kept going back to that dark place because I was giving in to manipulation. This year, that changes.

My pastor and church family have been excellent support for me, and I cannot wait to see what this year will bring. The divorce will be finalized before summer, hopefully. And I and my son are looking forward to a new life in the will of God. Success is in our future, and I look forward to breaking some chains that have plagued some of our family generations.

It's been a hard road to get to this point, but never again will I go back. To all my friends here, I miss you and I am so sorry that I haven't been around much. Thank you guys for welcoming me when I came and I look forward to the day I can be here more often.
