I put in my user name and password but it still says nickname is invalid. Is chat down

Hey NYRangersfan,

There is a 2nd validation process to be able to use the chatroom. It takes a bit longer than being validated for forums. Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours, but hopefully it won't be that long for you. Please keep trying back.
