No longer treading... The waters are too deep

Life has been relentless from every angle for awhile. The moment I'm able to get back on my feet the wind is knocked out of my sails. I was recently diagnosed with severe depression and disassociation. I feel so lost, overwhelmed & scared. It has compltely changed my world. I'm afraid I will never get back to myself...

I know of another who was sinking in the waters.
It was then that Peter cried out, "Jesus, Save Me!"
And Jesus streched out His arm, grabbed Peter, and saved him from drowning!

Hmm, thats how it was for me too.
I called out, "Jesus, save me"!
And He did!!! \o/ \o/ \o/

If you are in a spot that you cannot call out for Jesus,

You might read Psalm 23. The more you try to do it yourself, the more helpless you feel. Give it to God. Over and over. Because you will find yourself taking it back.

I've been there - or somewhere like it - where there is just one thing and another thing and another thing. My things are likely different. But they are life shattering. I read about a stress scale - my score was well past heart attack.

But here I am. Just let it go. And let it go. And let it go again. Praise God in the difficult. Sing songs.
