New beginings

Hi to all. I'm back again , still hoping and looking forward to a better me. It's never easy but with jehova God it's all very possible. I am beginning my virtuous women 28 day program (once again) I found it helpfull and so I want to re read it to remind myself of my goals. I hope the best for everyone and may God bless us all,until we meet again , goodnight to all

Sometimes we need to talk about our hurts. Most people don't just pray for healing, they also go to a doctor. The combination is best. It is similar with emotions. If you are hurt, generally you need to talk it out. *hug5
