QUESTION ...
Is the concept of confessing your mistakes and experiences out in the open like how it is done in this forum RIGHTEOUS, according to the Bible?
The answer is ... ABSOLUTELY
James 5:16 ... Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
It is CLEAR that the Bible reveals that we should confess our past mistakes and experiences to one another, as many do here in this forum.
BUT ... Is it right that others respond and give their advice?
The answer is ... ABSOLUTELY
James 5:19-20 ... Brethren, if any of you do err from the TRUTH, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.
This IS the manner in which we are to help one another overcome ...
