Prophecy Concerning The Coming of our Lord

Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

Prophecy Concerning The Coming of our Lord

Here is what the Word of the Lord came unto me saying. Gen.3

[1] Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
[2] And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
[3] But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.
[4] And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: (God acutally doesn't want you to suffer being deprived of the food and wisdom in the lovely fruit).
[5] For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
[6] And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

So false teachers, in the form of false prophets, pastors, evangelists, and teachers came into the Church of the Living God, being sent unto the people to deceive like the serpent who deceived Adam and Eve to eat of the tree who God commanded them not to eat thereof, the serpent saying through those false prophets, pastors, evangelists and teachers that they should escape all suffering coming to try all those that dwell upon the whole earth, mimicking the false prophets in the Old Testament who were asked to only prophecy good things to God's people, causing much heart ache for God, because those false prophets caused the people to fall away and worship the false gods of Baal and Ashtaroth.

And so the false prophets in our day, (who Christ warned us about, that many would arise and deceive many), came to us saying, as in the serpent of old. "Has God said to you that in the world you will suffer tribulation?" And the people replied, Yes, God has said to us that in the world we will suffer tribulation, (John 16:33, Acts 14:22). Then those false prophets replied to the people. "Surely God has not said that you shall suffer tribulation because He is love love. Love causes no harm. Surely He will make a way of escape for you all! And the people believed the lie that they all would escape tribulation.

But then a Man of God came and stood before all the people, clothed in the Armor of God, holding in his left hand the shield of faith, and in his right hand, the sword of the Spirit, being strengthened mightily with might in his inward man, and rebuked the people who believed the lie that all would escape the tribulation, saying to them, "Gird yourselves, and stand up!!! Jesus is the Way of the Cross! Take up your Cross! Die to yourselves daily! Shrink not back from suffering lest God take no pleasure in you! Put on the whole armor of God in the evil day and having done all, stand!!!

Then all the people looked, and behold, there before them stood all the blessed, kind, caring, and loving people of Smyrna who were made to suffer tribulation at the hands of Satan, many suffering death for the testimony of their faith. They were all rejoicing! They had great joy! And on their heads were great crowns of life and they were all covered in shimmering glory! They had overcome all evil because of the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of their Testimony.

And all of the people marveled when they beheld the people of Smyrna, shining and shimmering in the Glory of their Lord, having great joy, for through their testimony and suffering, many repented and followed the Lord from that day on, taking up their cross and dying to themselves daily after the manner set for them like their Lord and Savior, and also many true and righteous Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists and Teachers, loving not their lives unto death.

Love, in Christ Jesus, Saint701.
It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
