A Long Time Coming....

Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

A Long Time Coming....

Hello All,

*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

Have had the desire in my heart for quite some time to see how the example of our Lord's visit to Moses in the glory of the burning bush, and His subsequent judgment on the house of Pharaoh, coupled with His protection of His people during that time might relate to us during the time of the Great Tribulation, should we be here.

I know there are those that tire of me hammering in the possibility that we might have to suffer lots as our ancestors did, but would not be wise of us to be inequipped to endure to the end of our lives, whenever that should be, but more so should we be alive during the Great Tribulation Period, to endure to the end if we should be so BLESSED!

13] But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
[14] And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for A WITNESS unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

I heard one prophet of God say to Pat Robertson of the 700 Club about 3 weeks ago that the Lord had shown him that we are not ready for His coming. Well, just how so? Isn't ok just to be a couch potato Christian, always so very rich, increased with goods, and in need of nothing but our old bathroom redone and a new roof put on our house, all of which we have more than enough money for?

Revelation 3

[17] Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
[18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
[19] As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Let's be zealous about preparing for the coming of our Lord! He has given us His exceeding precious promises that through them we might become partaker of His Divine Nature. Like what you ask? Salvation, The Holy Spirit, Gifts, Administrations and Operations of His Spirit, An Alive Spirit of our own, POWER when the Holy Ghost has come upon us, Tongues of Fire upon resting on our heads, THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD,
Power over serpents and scorpions and over ALL the power of the enemy, PRAYER through the PRAYER OF DEMAND of our Covenant Rights of God, THE BLOOD OF JESUS WITH WHICH TO COVER US, The Holy Angels to Surround and Protect us, TRUTH to walk and grow in, ALL HIS POWER AND AUTHORITY IN HEAVEN AND EARTH backing us up!

We have been made MORE THAN CONQUERORS through Him that loved us! Are we walking like it??????? I think not??????? So how do we begin to walk?????? ON OUR FACE IN PRAYER BEFORE GOD begging, pleading, demanding of Him His grace, for the evil day is upon us!!!!

It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
