Isaiah 59:19

Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

Hello Christianity Oasis, All...
*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

Was in the hospital a couple of days ago for an allergic reaction I had to Lisinopril, a blood pressure medicine, when a V. A. chaplain entered my room. I asked him what was on his mind...all the evils coming on the world, he said, then added he didn't know what could be done about it. I made an effort to cheer him up, saying it was great having him visit me as such was an opportunity for fellowship in the Lord. That kind of threw him for a loop and I dropped the ball at that point, not pointing him in the direction of faith in the Word of God unto which we all are called.

Last night I had another eye opening revelation from the Spirit of the Lord. It wasn't that I didn't know the scripture, just that He needed to bring into focus for me, it being this, When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.( Is. 59:19) Of course when the Lord shines His marvelous light into our eyes we immediately understand the context, that being, in this case, we are the standard the Spirit of the Lord is lifting up against the enemy who definitely has come in like a flood. And the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. We are the Army of the Lord on the Earth and the Spirit of the Lord is our Commanding Officer.

After the revelation the Lord began to talk with me for quite a while. He gave us these attributes, His Faith, His Patience, and His Fortitude. The Fortitude of the Lord magnified in us is this, courage in pain or adversity. The Faith of the Lord is the power for us, through prayer, to move mountains. The Patience of the Lord is to allow time for the Faith our Lord has given us to work His Wonders in the Earth.

Love, in Christ Jesus, Saint701.
It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
