Climate Change

Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

Climate Change

Hello Christianity Oasis, All...
*AngelYellow*
May our Good Lord's Blessings abound upon you!

Some time back I posted a message that talked about our authority to rebuke calamitous winds and storms. Unfortunately, while putting that teaching into practice along with other believers...many far more well known....I noted we had all failed miserably getting any results...the storms raged on, not sparing any...bomb cyclones pummeled the west coast causing massive flooding and wide spread destruction there, before tearing out across the rest of our great nation leaving no one safe from their wrath...they spawned mammoth blizzards, tornadoes and more wide spread flooding the likes of which we have never seen before.

Pundits have called the uptick in violent weather climate change. These so called wise and enlightened individuals presume to know how to fix the problem, declaring climate change stems from global warming and the solution is to reduce green house gases by limiting use of machines that burn fossil fuels. However, what if the uptick in violent storms is not due to climate change but rather THE WORD OF GOD?

For example, in Luke chapter 21 verses 25 and 26 we read of a time when upon the earth, (when there will be) distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
[26] Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

Three different times in the New Testament, once in Matthew, once in Mark, and once in Luke, Jesus, speaking of the time we live in, said, (Matt.24
[35],Mark.13
[31]
, and Luke.21
[33]
) Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away. Please take note that in each case where our Lord said, "Heaven and earth shall pass away but my words shall not pass away," it was in the context of Him explaining the way things will be as we approach the end of this present age. In other words He was declaring things in our day will only happen according to His Words.

Now if there is one key word used to describe where we are on the prophetic time table I would say it would be this...perplexity. Why are so many of our cities overrun with crime, violence, mayhem? Why is our southern border overrun with illegal migrants? Why are so many dying from drug overdoses in our streets? Why are so many of our cities overrun with the homeless? Why is inflation running amuck? Why is it we appear so very, very, unprepared for World War III? Why don't we understand that the current lawlessness in our society will lead to the revealing of the anti-christ? Why don't we understand that using our bodies in an unnatural way will lead to destruction as in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah? And back to the beginning...why are storms raging? I say it is because the Words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ are governing this period of time in which we live in.

So....rather than say foolishly that we are can save the planet by reducing greenhouse gases...which in itself is frightening because of the complete lack of understanding exhibited there, let us declare the truth about the time we are living in...it is a time when the prophetic words of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ are coming to pass. There is no such thing as climate change...there is, however, God's wrath being poured out on an unbelieving and unrepentant society. Only repentance from dead works and a saving faith in Christ by all the misceants, especially those miscreants that our leaders, can stem the tide of perilousness now ruining many lives.

May our Lord's very, very best be yours in all ways, always.

It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
