Hello my dear Misfit friends,

Seems like it has been forever since I have really typed a post in the forums, but felt led today to do so for a few reasons. I try to get in the Oasis when I can if only for a few minutes, for I love to read emails and forum posts... they inspire and center me :) In chat I love to hear others "talk", and church of course. An occasional pm is great too.

Why am I typing about this? Unless I misconstrued something, unfortunately it was brought to my attention that peeps thought I was doing other things (I'm assuming had "fallen") and/or I thought I was prideful. I wanted to say I am staying strong in our Father, with "slips" now and then but sooooooo much stronger than previously. I have lists of all the consequences I've been through and could go through again should I choose to go down those roads. Second some here know I tend to be pretty reserved unless I really have something to say or share. I also don't share a lot with the world, just the person it affects or may help. Or group of peeps I've been led to address.

I just wanted to clarify that, not for my gain or drama. But because I feel He led me to share it.

Otherwise, things have been busy, but blessed in my life despite some familial and health stress. If I may ask for prayer for my parents. They are in the process of trying to sell their house to move to a duplex "in town", connected to assisted living/nursing home. In the midst of this my father found out two weeks ago he is going to need to have two shoulder replacements and two hip replacements. It is not because of bad health it's because he wore them out with golf and running! So please pray for smooth surgeries and rehabs, that my dad can be patient and not too sad about not being able to golf and run for a while.

I appreciate you guys a lot, and everything you do in His Name. Keep up the good fight brothers and sisters, and thanks *saint*

Hello Susi *hug*

God bless you this day.

It's always a pleasure to hear from you. While I have not heard any grapevine talk one way or another concerning you, I'm glad to hear you are staying strong in The Lord.

It's always great to see you at COOL Church too, and on those occasions when you bless us all with your singing to our Lord ...woooooohoooooo!!!

I'm joining you in lifting up your parents to the Lord in prayer. God's blessed will be done.

I hope you are enjoying this season of weather. I'm deliciously blessed with awesome weather: sunshine, cool breezes, and a plethora of green grass, colorful plants and flowers for my eyes to behold. God is so very Good.

God bless and keep you, Susi.
Love,
Mack

Hi susi...it's awesome to hear from you sis...I guess I'm one of those who hasn't heard anything through the grapevine either...but your absence is noticed..and want you to know that your presence is missed when you aren't here.

I have seen you in chat a few times a week though...and it's nice when you come in.

I will be praying for your family and for you.

Susi!!! *poke* *poke* Susi??? *poke* It is you!

Gods will be done over your parents.

It's good to hear from you!

Whats up with me? Well right now I"m eating a bowl of Portuguese soup that I made from an autistic cook book. And watching Total Make Over or something like that and crying every time someone on there cries! What's with that? I've turned into such a sap. lol
