I have eating behaviors to work on........
i am over weight some times i over eat in the past i use to starv my self was toying with the thaught to not eat again dont want to go down that road again
and i didn''t feel good when i did that mental health went down fast to when i did that and bolth of thease are abuse to my boady and ever since i can rember
i abused my boady in some way with Chrsit hellp i have over come a lot the addictive behaviors and i know i can get through this one to!!

I know that you can succeed in overcoming these obsticles in your life sis.
Keep trusting in the Lord and the Holy spirit will win your battles for you.
