That's a very good response Oasis. :)

I like to "Ice Dive". It's where you put your face in ice water or jump in a cold shower. At first I hated it but my therapist kept suggesting it. Sometimes just a cold splash of water to the face or a cold wash cloth on my face does the trick to kick me out of anxiety.
