This past week my oldest son wanted to have his best friend over for the week-end, I told him if he really wants a friend over prove it by cleaning up his own room! Well all week long I was helping my dad with last minute preparations for this week end's upcomming CFO Annual Luncheon Guest Speaker Chaplin John Love of the NBA Niks... on all that, I helped my dad pack tons of wittnessing supplies for his 4th year trip to budapest in Hungary at the World Mission's Conference this comming week he will travel to share to people from all over the world who gather there once a year at the Bible Speaks Church, sharing how to wittness to the lost... I many times forget that paints me and my family a red target for the devil to attack and the mess it causes... in the process of learning how to devert all that and not hit the panic button.

My word I was wiped out by the end of the week and my oldest son's room was still a mess, but as I came home I walked in and to my surprize my oldest son had his best friend over sitting on the sofa while on their lap top. With big wide smiles and a heart warming greeting HIIIIIIIII MOM and I was like oh dear... oh my.... I was like son and before I could think of what to say I caved in and let my son let his friend spend the night inspite of all the broken promises of my oldest son. How could I say no with a smile and love you mom from my son. Most parents would have stormed off taking the other kid home and punish their kid for such a deed, however something really neat happened the next day.

As we got to the CFO Luncheon held once a year we took my son's friend with us and he was so excited to be there. It was packed about 450 guests. Once the introduction and food was done, everyone was blessed with testimonies, live singer, and guest speaker, we were ready to go home. On our way home my son's friend spoke up and said he really wants to become more proactive about sharing Jesus with others and wanted to be a volunteer as a worker in the ministry. I thought to myself that could this be something the Holy Spirit was after, in the heart of my oldest son's friend? Both my oldest son and his friend are in main stream in public school but are speacial needs, and in the natural it doesn't seem they will have a chanse at what the world standards are "a successful life" but it deeply moved me when I saw unfold today in my oldest son and his friend get excited about the things of God and want to win others to Jesus. That was worth it all.
