As a child i was raised in a house that was haunted by evil spirits,because my mother became involved in spiritualism and messed around with an ouija board at one time.
I have seen demons take on the form of people in order to decieve others into believing that the dead stay on earth instead of going to heaven or hell when they die.
I even saw a demon take on the form of my wife while at the same time my true wife was still in the room.
As a christian i have also seen angels who were guarding my friends and myself at a bible study protecting us from a demon who was lurking out side in the passage way wanting to cause disruption.
One of my friends witnessed these beings at the same time as myself so i knew i wasn't imagining it.
We did not just accept that they were from the Lord though, we tested the spirits first.
When we learned that these angels were from God we bid them welcome and gave them a smile and then refocussed ourselves on Jesus Christ.
Whenever we see or hear a spirit we must always test the spirits first,the Lords angels are beautiful but we must always remember to stay focussed on the Lord I feel in my heart that it is good and encouraging to talk about our Lords angels as long as we don't become obsessed with his servants lest we stray from the true path of righteousness.

people are prown to make to mistakes one they take angels and deamons to lightly two they make to much of them.

How do you test them exactly? Compare what they say against the Scriptures? I've never had the opportunity.

Yes bro, or a simple " In the name of Jesus Christ, if you are not an angel of God or in sevice to Jesus Christ, then be gone"
Often is enough i have found.
As i got better things to do than argue the toss with the enemy all day long.
But if a person never had the Holy spirit in them in the first place, then nothing would work.
