Hello Repention :)

God bless you this day.

No, I do not understand why you would want God to hate you, but I am familiar with the temptations of Satan and how through condemnation he'll try to CONvince us that we're a lost cause. Satan is crafty and subtile and cunning. But, The Lord through His Word has warned us about Satan's conniving ways.

When Jesus told Peter and the other Apostles what was going to happen to Him -- that He was going to be killed, Peter protested and in his impassioned protest, deemed to correct Jesus. Jesus rebuked Peter, because at that point, Peter was acting as Satan's mouthpiece. It would serve us all, very well, to take stock in the lessons taught in The Bible, especially in regards to petitioning God to behave contrary to Whom He Is.

No matter the sin, God is more powerful and the blood of Christ Jesus is more than enough -- His grace is sufficient. No matter our sin, God is more powerful and the blood of Christ Jesus is more than enough -- His grace is sufficient. What started out as a "Worship" thread for God, has now turned into a worship thread for an idol. The idol, Satan has conned you into promoting him as all powerful, which is a lie.

Pity and compassion are only disdained by the proud. I, too, have had my proud years, months, days and minutes where I was too proud to receive pity and compassion. I have now learned blessed Truth, and will continue to learn Truth, and will be healed of all by Truth. I still slip on occasion, but His grace continues. All we need to do is Repent. The Lord offers this to all, through the bloodshed of sinless Christ Jesus -- our blessed Saviour. Take the blessed corrections from The Lord -- receive them, and He will renew you. None of us deserves grace, it is freely given by a merciful and holy and loving God through the death of our Saviour Jesus.

Be careful with your words, even your condemning words about yourself. Words are seeds, and God is not mocked, because the words we share (speak and write) are seeds (good and/or bad) and they will bring an harvest. Return to your first love...Christ Jesus. Praise The Lord, and He'll usher you into True Worship of Him. Jesus loves you, Repention.

Prayers are rising to our Lord in the name of Jesus on your behalf. May God's blessed will be done.

God bless and keep you, Repention.
Love,
Mack

Hello Repention,

You nailed it in your last statement when you said "
because its too much of my own emotion that is in it
" Repention, your emotions have betrayed you. My emotions used to betray me all the time, and sometimes they still betray me.

Repention, there is no shame in not yet knowing all the Truth of God's Word, and no shame in needing Him and needing to learn Truth. We all NEED The Lord and His blessed Word, because on our own, we are sheep without a Shepherd, left to our own devices and crazy thoughts whispered to us by the enemy of our souls and by the sin that so easily besets us. But, we have The Lord God Almighty to learn from and to grown in grace with. He, The Lord, has not left us alone. And, He has given us one another to learn with and from, also.

I care about you, Repention, and I understand more than you are believing. I know what it is like to see evil all around me, and yes, even seeing the sin in me and how willingly my own flesh wants what is contrary to God. Thankfully, God knows too, and He is not about to leave us to our own devices, nor to our own carnal thoughts. He will keep nudging and encouraging us to trust Him in this godly process called sanctification.

God bless and keep you.
Love,
Mack

Hello Repention,

Yes, it does matter, now. You matter to The Lord.

The Lord corrects those He loves. He corrects me A LOT!!! Sometimes I'm quickwe to receive and embrace the correction, other times, however, I wiggle and squirm and my own carnal side of me resents it and will offer up all kinds of excuses, and then ole Satan will begin his whispering and before I know it, I'm plotting my revenge, "I'll just go elsewhere" or "I'll just not talk anymore and take it back into the darkness" or something along those lines.

*Doh* Another lieing aspect of PRIDE!!! *Doh*

If we were able to sufficiently correct ourselves, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in, but pride convinces us otherwise. Cool, I just noticed the word "otherwise" -- as in, wise in another way, like wise in their own conceits. Our pride will have us believe we are wise enough on our own, and we don't need godly correction. But, the Truth is, we NEED The Lord. I NEED His blessed corrections!

I hope you choose to stay here, Repention. The Lord led you here for a reason. Plus, I've grown fond of you, too, and would miss you if you disappeared.

May God's blessed will be done.

God bless and keep you, Repention.
Love,
Mack
