Wow! Some life lessons learned here, huh.
Fear not, for the Lord is with you. Mazelyn, this could end up being a blessing....?
God may have other plans for you to prosper?
Take a step back and look at the lessons learned here.
For one, it seems like they can dish it out, but they can't take it.
Oh, they can critisize your God, put Him down, spit on Him, crusify Him alright.
But turn the tables and show some christian love, offering prayer...Hah!
Mazelyn, the shame is upon them! Not you.
Okay, maybe you could have been a little more tactfull??? But this is a lesson learned for you.
Don't print specific names. Okay, you got that one. Perhaps in the future say simply, coworkers or
aquaintences, something a little more vague. God knows who they are.
Seems like the boss is also offended by your God. I do not think he would accept an apology.
Some cultures this would make matters worse. If you feel you need to apologize for any thing,
say it to God and let God deal with it in your heart. You serve God, not your husband's boss.
Did you perhaps have a laps in judgement in posting the prayer request?
Maybe it was too specific, but in your heart you were doing what most good christians do,
seek prayer and a building of a hedge of protection for your husband and asking God to
open the eyes of the heathen. If the eyes of the heathen can't yet see, at least you held
to the love of Jesus and what He stood for. There is no shame in that.
So, you stood up like a christian ought to do. You got hammered for it. They threw you down,
beat you, spit on you, cursed you and your husband. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
Blessed are those who are persecuted for His name sake.
You Go Girl!
And remember this, the devil will try to divide the church. Husband against wife,
friend against friend, christian against their own faith, etc...
But you hold fast and tight to Jesus, Mazelyn!
He's the answer in all of this. Sometimes you have to fight the good fight.
Put on your Armor! Stand strong! Pray on it. Ask God for wisdom over this matter.
Listen for His answer. Pray for your husband in all matters. A strong and devoted wife
is a vertuous woman in the eyes of God.
I remember the prayer request you posted here at the Oasis. I prayed for your husband
and his "partners in business" (actually I spoke each name as was printed )
The devil has his hand in this. Rebuke him in Jesus name. In your house you serve Jesus Christ!
Ain't no roaring lion lerking about going to scare you! If he should come knocking at your door,
you let Jesus answer it. For Jesus resides in you now!
So we've learned some life lessons here. Good for you, Mazelyn! Now you have aquired more wisdom.
See, I told you maybe God has something better in store for you and your family. Don't cower to the
world. For, He, that is in you, Mazelyn, is greater than he that is in the world.
YOU GO GIRL !!!

You got my prayers. I'm standing with you and your husband, Mazelyn.
Your Brother in Christ Jesus,
Timothy
