I am
overjoyed that you are here for the
last Step of this program. I've
enjoyed every moment of our time
together, and hope you will continue
to invite Me into your heart every
day to share your life with Me. It is
really just the beginning of our
friendship and unlimited
possibilities of miraculous things
that can be done for the glory of
God as I work in and through you.
HAND ME THE KEYS ... I AM DRIVING
You know, you can trust God for
everything in your life. He
cares about all of it, even the
smallest, most insignificant
thing. He wants you to firmly
rely on His promise that He is in
control. The more faith you have
in His power in every situation,
the more He can fill you with
His joy and peace. You won't
need to worry about anything
because you will know that God
is taking care of everything.
When you go on a road trip, and
someone else is driving, if you
trust that person's ability to
drive, you can relax and read or
sleep or enjoy the scenery or
whatever you like. But if you
don't have faith in the driver's
ability, you can't enjoy the
ride because you have to worry
about all the "what ifs" that
could happen.
When you trust in God, and hand
Him the keys, you are putting
your life into His hands ... And
who could have more capable
hands than God? When you don't
allow Me to work in your life,
it's like saying, "Give me back
the keys Lord, I can navigate
this life better than you can."
THE HAND OF
THE LORD
In
the Bible, the term, the
hand of the Lord,
is a simile for the power of the
Holy Spirit. That is ... Me ...
At the wheel. When you read
about the Great Commission that
Jesus gave His disciples, to go
into all the world, preach the
Gospel to every creature and
make disciples of all the
nations, and ...
... lo, I
AM with you always ...
He
was telling them, not to worry,
because He would be with them in
Spirit, and that He would fill
them with His power ... Me ...
To pull off such an incredible
task, because they certainly
couldn't do it of their own
accord. And as impossible as it
seemed, a dozen fellas, ordinary
believers no different than you,
who had trouble catching fish,
accomplished the seemingly
impossible ... Catching the
souls of men, with astonishing
success.
Fishermen
of men.
They catch them and God cleans
them.

Matthew 4:19
And He saith unto
them, Follow Me, and
I will make you
fishers of men. |
And they were indeed! How? They
surrendered their lives to My
control and allowed Me to work
through
them ... And you
can be one of Jesus' fishermen
too!
When was the last time you
prayed, earnestly, "Dear Jesus,
fill me with
your Spirit.
Put
your hand
upon me and work
through
me
for your glory."
! BE BOLD !
Let's read the book of the Acts
of the Apostles together
sometime soon. The Apostles were
the prime examples of living a
Spirit filled life. With My
power, they went out and spoke
with boldness,
spreading the Gospel ... The
Good News ... Which Jesus taught
them. Remember, He assured them
that I would help them to
remember all that He said:

John 14:26
But
the Comforter,
which is
the Holy Ghost,
whom the Father will
send in My name, He
shall teach you all
things,
and bring all things
to your remembrance,
whatsoever I have
said unto you. |
You don't need to be
intelligent or educated ...
I will give you the gift you
need ... The Word to speak.
Through
these "unlearned" and "ignorant"
men,
thousands
of
souls
at a time
were
turned on to Salvation through
Jesus Christ by My power working
through them. I can work through
you too, and will, when you
decide you want to live a Spirit
filled life.
You need not be a scholar to be
filled with My power. Can you
think of one person in the Bible
who was scholarly that stands
above anyone else? Look at what
I did through Paul. Before he
was Spirit filled, though he was
zealous about Jewish law, do you
think he had the inclination to
study the Gospel Jesus preached?
He was busy persecuting
Christians and promoting a
slaughter of all who followed
The Way of Jesus. When My power
filled Paul, he didn't take a
crash course in New Testament
101 as his own writings are the
much of the New Testament.
He went out and
immediately
started preaching.

Acts 9:20-22
And
straightway
he preached Christ
in the synagogues,
that He is the Son
of God. But all that
heard him were
amazed, and said; Is
not this he that
destroyed them which
called on this name
in Jerusalem, and
came hither for that
intent, that he
might bring them
bound unto the chief
priests? But Saul
(Paul) increased the
more in strength,
and confounded the
Jews which dwelt at
Damascus, proving
that this is very
Christ. |
My
hand ... Your heart ... That's
all it takes. If this is the
only program or study you have
ever read, you already know
enough to step out and speak
boldly,
glorifying God.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE
FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
It means this:
To
voluntarily
surrender
your life to Me, who lives in
you, and moment by moment, walk
in dependence upon and sensitive
to My leadership and My
guidance, and to
surrender
your body, soul, and spirit to
Me
with childlike faith
that I will be what Jesus
promised to be in you … Your
Comforter and your Helper. I AM
the provider of the TRUTH
that I’ve told you about in
every Step of this program.
Ask
God to
fill you with My power ... His
presence.

If ye then, being
evil, know how to
give good gifts unto
your children: how
much more shall your
Heavenly Father
give the Holy Spirit
to them that
ask
Him? |
Jesus said that if you just
believe in Him, you can
expect Me to be within you:

John 7:38-39
He that
believeth on Me,
as the scripture
hath said,
out of his belly
shall flow
rivers of living
water. (But this
spake He of
the Spirit,
which they that
believe on him
should receive:
for
the Holy Ghost
was not yet
given; because
that Jesus was
not yet
glorified.)

A NEW ATTITUDE
When you surrender your life to
Me and seek the Spirit filled
life, all your problems may not
suddenly disappear. You may not
find yourself walking on a cloud
every day. You probably won't
magically start getting the best
parking place in the lot, and I
wouldn't count on Ed
McMahon coming to your door with
balloons and a large check. Your taxes will still
be due ... Every year ... And
the enemy of your soul will
tempt and try you every day as
per usual.
However ...
... Never limit God. The power
that He gives Me to work in and
through you is supernatural, and
you
never know
what kind of miraculous things
can
and
will
happen in your life. Remember,
you are renewed in Spirit, and
though many things will be the
same as
they
were,
you
are different. You have a new
attitude, a new spirit, and the
spiritual world is mysterious
and powerful and out of the
ordinary.
Do
expect extraordinary things to
happen ... But chances are, they
won't be what
you
expect or plan.

Verily, verily, I
say unto you, He
that
believeth
on Me, the works
that I do shall he
do also; and
greater
works than these
shall he do; because
I go unto My Father. |
The key ... Is to
believe!
Be confident that I have your
best interest at heart, and your
willingness to surrender
yourself to My bidding will make
the Lord smile upon you, and
blessings will flow that you
never imagined could. Your
attitude is everything. Jesus
taught, believe to receive.

You are a child of God, made in
His image ... He has plans for
us to do extraordinary things
together.

The Spirit itself
beareth witness with
our spirit, that we
are the children of
God ... |
OH,
GLORIOUS GRACE
When you live a Spirit filled
life, does that mean you'll be
less apt to fall? My dear
friend, that all depends on you,
but falling doesn't mean you're
a failure by any means. When you
live the Spirit filled life, it
does mean that the enemy will be
trying even harder to make you
fall. The closer you stay to Me,
the craftier he will have to be,
but keep your confidence. God
did not create you to fail. To
fall doesn't mean to fail. You
will still fall. I will be
waiting when you do, to reach
for My hand to lift you up ...
The sooner, the better ... And
just for the asking, forgiveness
will flow.
Just as it is with any child
who says "I'm sorry," when the
Lord forgives, all is forgotten,
and His loving arms are opened
and waiting to nestle your soul
in Comfort and happiness and
love. When you live a Spirit
filled life, you take comfort in
God's generous Grace, and
forgiveness will become a
stronger characteristic of your
own, as you conform more and
more to God's image.

Titus 3:3-7
For we ourselves also
were sometimes foolish,
disobedient, deceived,
serving divers lusts and
pleasures, living in
malice and envy,
hateful, and hating one
another. But after that
the kindness and love of
God our Saviour toward
man appeared, Not by
works of righteousness
which we have done, but
according to His mercy
He saved us, by the
washing of regeneration,
and renewing of the Holy
Ghost;
Which He shed on us
abundantly through Jesus
Christ our Saviour; That
being justified by His
Grace, we should be made
heirs according to the
hope of eternal life. |
You know that you're Spirit filled
when you yearn to do God's will and
seek earnestly how you can glorify
Him with every thing you do. It will
become the quest of your life, to
represent Jesus Christ and emanate
His love to others. Your heart will
become more compassionate, your
patience will grow, your discernment
will widen, your understanding will
deepen, and you will know, without a
doubt what the purpose for your life
is ... And that on your Christian
path, you are not walking alone ...
You are walking with Me, hand in
hand, every step of the way.
WHERE
IS HEAVEN?
Being Spirit filled means that
you're filled with the Spirit of
God. Did you know that the Kingdom
of God is within you? It's not a
place ... It's a realm ... A
spiritual realm that cannot be seen.
That's where you find Me, in God's
special place ... Heaven within you.

Pharisees, when the
Kingdom of God should
come, He answered them
and said, The Kingdom of
God cometh not with
observation: Neither
shall they say, Lo here!
or, lo there! for,

the Kingdom of God is

FOLLOW
Living a Spirit filled life, means
that you can do things that you
wouldn't have attempted before,
because you allow the very Spirit of
God to work through you with wisdom,
strength, power and confidence at
any time, and under any
circumstances. My power is
limitless. Relax and be assured that
no matter what, I AM with you.

Psalms 46:1-3, 10
God is our refuge and
strength, a very present
help in trouble.
Therefore will not we
fear, though the earth
be removed, and though
the mountains be carried
into the midst of the
sea; Though the waters
thereof roar and be
troubled, though the
mountains shake with the
swelling thereof. Selah
...
Be still,
and know that I AM God
... |
Shhhhhhh ... Listen ... Wait for your
guidance, and it will come. Follow
it willingly and learn how a Spirit
filled life can overflow with more
goodness than you ever dreamed was
possible.
I LOVE YOU
You are a child of God and I love
you. No matter what you've ever
done, I love you still! You have an
eternal spirit alive within you and
I know your spirit completely, and I
love you. You're living your life,
making choices, trying to do the
right thing, doing what you have to
do to survive, and it can be very
difficult. I know and understand all
of it ... But it can be easier if
you will spiritually connect to Me.
I will show you what things are
important and what things are
temporal, because the things of the
flesh, the things of the world,
material things ... will all be left
behind. What matters are the things
of the spirit ... Love, faith,
mercy, peace, patience, meekness,
humility, gentleness, kindness ...
Those are the things that make you
rich and strong in spirit.
When your flesh goes back to the
Earth, the goodness of your soul
will be what really counts, because
your soul never ages or dies. Your
soul is the real you, and though
for now it lives inside the shell of
your flesh, it will live on forever,
so abide in love. Include love in
every facet of your life. Be
compassionate, do good, be generous
and understanding and forgiving, and
by sharing love, you show Me to
others.

... God is love; and he
that dwelleth in love
dwelleth in God, and God
in him. |
I love you, and I want to spend
eternity with you.
PERPETUAL PRESENCE
Once you really get to know Me well,
there is
one
thing that you would absolutely
despise about Me ... And that would
be ... My absence. But that never
has to happen. The only time I would
ever be gone, is if
you
left
Me.
You see, when I move in, I plan on
staying ... Forever. I believe in
forever friendship ... Two peas in a
pod, inseparable, joined at the
heart, kindred spirits, in for the
long haul ... Whatever you want to
call it ... That's what I plan on.
You may have a little trouble at
first, remembering that I'm there
... Everywhere ... But eventually,
you will look forward to moments in
your day when you can be alone, so
you can talk to Me in private. Many
times you won't even talk either,
you'll just feel My presence more
strongly, and don't worry, those
times when you want to say
something, but you can't put it into
words, I already know what you want
to say. I AM your most intimate
personal friend in the world, and I
know you inside out. I love you that
much.
In the seventeenth
century there was a Christian man
named Brother Lawrence who worked in
a monastery kitchen. This is what
being filled with the Spirit meant
to him:
|
“I do nothing else but
abide in His Holy
presence, and I do this
by simple attentiveness
and an habitual, loving
turning of my eyes on
Him. This I call … A
wordless and secret
conversation between the
soul and God which no
longer ends.” |
I look forward to that kind of
relationship with you My friend.
Being Spirit filled is a love that
can't be compared to loving another
human being ... It's the breath of
life.
