hi all

many of you know the struggles i have had with my daughter this past year. in recent months God has little by little broke down some walls. Ty Jesus.

I have decided to put her back into public schools. She is still fragile in some areas but is excited to get back to school. She returns to school next Tuesday.

Please keep her in yr prayers for relief from depression and for god to surround her with good friends. Im kinda fearful sending her back but im trusting God on this and hoping for the best.

Thank u all in advance

Gbu

Dear Jill,
I'll be praying for your daughter as she returns to school. It's been exciting to watch God healing her and drawing her closer to Him. I pray that she will find friends who encourage her in her walk with the Lord and that in turn she will find opportunities to share His love with the lost in her school.
Blessings,
Splashi

updat on daughter:

she is doing very well!

has not been a smooth transition in some ways but she is realy enjoying the band she is in and i see joy in her eyes (something i havent seen in a while) also i think our relationship is getting better! She would beg to differ, but i see how she is reaching.

I think she had some resentment towards me but now thats she is back in school alot of that has been released. TY Jesus!

Please continue to lift us this girl in prayer and for me to be the best mom i could possibly be!

Thanks again for yr prayers and support!

♥Jill

I understand God has us be in troubling situations so we can get stronger; so putting her in public school can be used by God to make her stronger against depression, Jill. And you're the Mommy, lady ;) so you are an authority person for her, who would be able to have God personally give you how to take care of her. God bless you, thank You LORD . . .

Now, I would be concerned about her getting too happy with people so her happiness is not depending on God > then things could change on her or she could perceive they have, and she could crash. So, we pray for her to know where her real life and love and strength come from > God bless you, young lady of Jesus . . .

So, she's got issues with you, Jen? Well, I don't know enough about how you have been with her. But if you are really loving and learning how to love, I'd say just go with the good example approach > "nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:3) And we know that those disciples could be in quite the fuss and I guess fighting among themselves about who was the greatest. Well, then, surely deep within her she could be struggling to be greater than you and others, if the disciples could. And Jesus just kept working with those guys. . . *grown men* doing that > she is younger; I wouldn't be surprised if in her she has a "little" bit of ego stuff making her want to be better or controlling, whatever. And not getting this can have someone reacting negatively . . . with depression or rage, among other things.

And even while those disciples still were not humble (and therefore were weak enough to get in emotional trouble, I'd say) . . . did Jesus make it easy for them? No . . . "'Go your way; behold, I send you out as lambs among wolves.'" (Luke 10:3) "And the Lord said, 'Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.'" (Luke 22:31-32)

So, Jesus doesn't make it easy and convenient and protected > but > "I have prayed for you," He says. We have Jesus Himself covering us with His prayer . . . according to *His* faith to get results according to *His* faith.

So, protecting a child can help make trouble. I have seen how parents would guard a child, and then every way he turned there was a block to stop him from being who he was. I can see how come he became paranoid > if every way you turned something was there to stop you, you "might" get to thinking and feeling there is a conspiracy and ones on your case to get you. And if this is happening while you are in your own ego, instead of the stability of God's love, you "might" get more and more crazily upset.

So, this takes trusting the LORD, with your good example, and how He shall guide you, Jill. Always more to learn and discover, an any case.

Lord bless this young lady. *Pray*
She is in the Lords hands. At times it may seem difficult as he is working out his will. Just know that he has this. :)

update:

You guys are great thank u for the prayers!

Prayer is awesome!

She is doing well yesterday my daughter asked me to do her hair, one of the stipulations was that she had to ask my youngest son his Bible quiz questions. She agreed and was reluctant at first but she found the facts interesting. I seen a spark within. Later some kids from church came over to visit my oldest son and invited her to church with them. She went and had so much fun. She came home happy and dancing to this new dance drama they are learning.

This morning she was still dancing and singing!
Praise the Lord i see major breakthrough!
Dont let up on the prayers THANK YOU JESUS!
thank u all for lifting us up. I SO appreciate it.
I love u all
