a friend in need

Please pray for a dear friend of mine. I've known him for three years and over those three years I've seen him down so much....everything that happens seems to bring him so low, he can't grasp any joy. He sees everything as negative and lets it depress him. He doesn't see all the blessings God has given him, even the things I've seen in the past three yrs of knowing him.
He's christian and prays for help and all but I know that he doesn't leave his burdens with God. He continues to worry and carry the load on his own shoulders. I've tried to explain to him so much, but no matter what he doesn't get it. Sometimes I just want to shake him lol

But I've prayed for him so much and will continue to. And the Lord has recently laid it on my heart to fast for him. I've fasted before, but please pray for me as well while I do this.
Also pray for me in my personal difficulties that I am facing right now.

Sow what is good, be the best example in spirit that you are blessed to be.

I am getting, myself, not to be stewing about and chewing at people in my imagination, but be positive and blessing in my spirit toward people >
