HELP!

How does one create a My C-O-O-L Space?? I've searched and tried, but I can't figure it out and I'm pretty computer savvy so I'm not sure what the deal is here. It won't let me upload pics.............and how do I create a background and import images, videos, etc.?? I thought it would be like My Space, but it just isn't working for me. Could anyone please help.......

At the very top of the forums page , I believe its the 3d 0r 4th "blog" , you'll find COOL Support forum , that is where to go to get help on that issue . If you have any other issues please don't hesitate to ask

Thank you for the help. It seems that I don't access everything in My Profile, when I click My Profile. It only gives me the option to change my password, email, avatar and a couple other things. It doesn't look like some of the examples I've seen. I actually found the Administrator's email so I've emailed that person. It seems very difficult to navigate this site. It's not very computer friendly, but hopefully I'll get there!

sorry folks that was a strange glitch in the system that caused half of us to experience what kpartina was going thru. It has been repaired and hopefully it wont come back
