New and lost

My name is Joleen I am a new member as of yesterday when I was looking for someone to reach out to. I am married with two wonderful kids and a dog. Lately I have been feeling very lost is connecting with God. Church is not available to me because I work on Sundays, but thankfully my sister takes my children, and they love it. I guess it kind of makes me feel left out in some ways but happy in other ways because my children are learning about how to choose the right path. I do have limited time but would love to reconnect and figured online is best because it can go wherever I go. This is new to me and out of my comfort zone, but I figured it is a good start. So I am glad to meet all of you.

It is nice to meet you and we are glad to have you here! I encourage you to check out the studies that are available here, as well as the forums. I think we all at times have that feeling of disconnecting from God, but the great thing to know is God is always there waiting for us to just reach out and say "Hello" to Him. I know I have had that feeling at times. I will be praying for you and your family also.
