I am really flunking on the day 13 ...... I read through yesterday and i'm really struggling, fell into a clump of toxic vines that are trying to crawl all over and i can't sort it out, sorry

Are you struggling with what Step 13, or with some current trial(s) in your life and having trouble seeing past it/them?

thanks Mack ...... both really; struggling with a trial and with day 13 which says not to talk about our own trials and that we are to listen to others and their trials instead ..... i know that one very well

Step 13 does work...

Anytime i can get my mind off myself I have a better day...

But when I I try to help others seems like all my trials and troubles fade away and a lot of times I find out the answer to whats bugging me too
