Re: The situation in Syria
Hello All,
Haven't posted for a couple of months and I'm sorry about that. I hope to be posting with more regularity from this time on.
There have obviously been significant things going on in various places since my last post, but this is just a little background about Ukraine.
The biggest capture in the warzone since July would be the regional city of Chasiv Yar, long fought-over, bitterly contested and whose status was disputed until recently, as it gradually emerged that the Russians had indeed ground down the city's defenders and assumed control of the city.
Now, the Russians are apparently close to seizing control of the similarly-sized city of Kupiansk, while eyeing off the bigger city of Pokrovsk in the mid-to-longer turn.
On the whole, while the overall war is still something of a stalemate, the advantage is clearly with the Russians who are not only inching forward methodically, but have more manpower and capacity to sustain overall operations on a longer term basis.
Moreover, various credible analysts are also observing that Russia is starting to gain the ascendancy in technology, tactics, logistics and the like, even as tit-for-tat drone and rocket strikes continue.
Despite talk, there appears to be no real interest in Moscow, Kiev, Washington, London, Paris, Berlin, etc, to end the war.
Meanwhile, roughly 200,000 Russians and well over 500,000 Ukrainians have been killed, with no end in sight to the killing, while the nation of Ukraine itself has been all but destroyed and will never be the same again.
Below is a link to an oldish article, from early August or so, which at the time of its release put the fall of Chasiv Yar into context.
I plan to post again very soon with a fresh update.

Re: The situation in Syria
Hi again,
No huge developments in Ukraine since I last wrote. The biggest story in recent times seems to be the alleged violations of NATO countries' air space through drones and potentially even manned aircraft.
Depending on who you ask, it's either legitimate Russian provocation on the one hand, or staged US/European agitation/hand-wringing on the other.
Overall, the Military-industrial complex rumbles on regardless of who the current US president may be.
The Ukraine War continues, despite initial pledges by the candidate Trump to end the killing 'within 24 hours'. Moreover, Trump recently said he believed Ukraine could reconquer all territory and even take parts of Russia. And please, don't give me the '4D chess spiel' here.
Also, the globalist-backed terrorist leader of Syria, who was once literally a member of al-Queda, recently attended a UN meeting in New York, and was given the red carpet treatment by the globalist/Washington Establishment.
To top it all off, the US regime change agenda against Venezuela is moving into a higher gear. Remember, it has nothing to do with whether the target country/leader is good, bad or indifferent. The only thing that matters is the globalist agenda, and removal of entities/parties that are not good-enough puppets.
The US agenda against Venezuela has been going over 20 years, and has featured constant agitation, aggression, propaganda and stunts- not to mention collossal criminality and theft against the Venezuelan state.
More recently, this globalist/Washington regime change agenda has been waged under the guise of anti-narco operations.
Several small Venezuelan vessels have recently been blown out of the water by US forces, with US authorities alleging that the boats were drug-laden.
Now, there are mainstream media reports that the US government/military are preparing air strikes against Venezuela, again under the guise of 'targeting drug people/cartels', etc.
Of course, it's quite similar to the same playbook that is roled out every time. If it's not about fighting drugs, it's about weapons of mass destruction, or stopping the targeted government from 'killing its own people', etc. (The word 'people' here being codeword for armed US-backed terrorists wreaking havoc across the targetted country).
For a reasonable article about the 20-year plus US agenda of regime change against Venezuela, click on the link below:

Re: The situation in Syria
Hello Everyone,
Tensions are being escalated by the US regime against Venezuela.
As mentioned in the previous post, Washington/The Globalists are using the guise of a war against narcotics to justify their broader plot against Venezuela.
Another regime change operation seems to be in the works, under the warmonger Trump who is little different to Biden, who is little different to Obama, who is little different to Bush, to Clinton, to Bush, to Regan, etc.
Below this paragraph is a link to a new report about this looming aggression:

Re: The situation in Syria
Hello Friends,
I'm so happy I can post again. Couldn't post for the last month-plus, although I've been wanting to. I was either blocked from doing so, or it was a technical issue. This website itself had not blocked me so, if there was some kind of block put on, it was from an external source. But I'm also open to the possibility that it was indeed just a technical thing. Praise God that I can share some thoughts with you again.
There are some thoughts to share with you regarding topics like Trump and Israel, which are sacred cows to many evangelicals. I'm not mocking you if you are one such Christian. I was once very pro-Israel and very pro-Trump. I still know people, genuine Christians, who are pro-Israel and pro-Trump.
All I'm urging you to do is be discerning and keep Jesus first. And yes, this is something that I frequently need to remind myself of, too. On Israel, it's quite conceivable that God has plans for it. I have never questioned its right to exist. But I know for a fact that some Christians are so hot for Israel, they don't care when it does clearly evil things. They don't care when it literally teams up with al-Queda and ISIS, which it did during the Arab Spring. They don't care when its soldiers literally gang-rape a (male) Palestinian captive, which happened a couple of years ago. They don't care when the IDF lure Palestinians into a large huddle, through offering to hand out food and supplies, then deliberately bomb them once they've huddled into a big line or group.
Israel does hideous things. Yes, whenever the opportunity arises, so do its enemies. No doubt. But I'm just encouraging you again to be discerning, and not one of those people who gets angry when 'the other side' does something bad, but suddenly don't care when 'your side' does something equally bad or worse. I'm encouraging you to have real justice and fairness in your hearts. And again, it's something I need to be constantly encouraged to have as well.
So, does Israel have a right to exist? I believe so. Does God still have end times plans for it? I believe it's quite possible. Is it a 'moral' country? No; to think such a thing is unbiblical. Is Netanyahu a good guy? No, the evidence doesn't support that. He's sinister, and it's in his best interests to keep perpetual war going, to keep his own potential scandals at arm's length.
There is currently a lot of unrest in Iran. There is little doubt that it has its roots in a mixture of bad governance in Iran, and also foreign incitement and street-level provocations, with the USA and Israel the obvious main suspects. Netanyahu has long agitated for regime change in Iran, as he had done for many other regional countries before that (largely getting his wishes fulfilled in places like Iraq, Libya, Syria). Iran is obviously the top prize. Does this mean Iran is good? As I've stated many times over the years- whether a nation is good, bad or indifferent is totally irrelevant. The only relevant thing is that if a nation is targeted by the military-industrial complex and its allies for removal, it must be removed at all costs.
This brings me to Trump, and what a disappointment he has been. Make no mistake- while his bluster against the mainstream media and the like is appealing, he's ultimately a globalist politician. He is not an outsider, and there appears to be neo-con globalist types (Marco Rubio, Lindsey Graham types) steering his foreign policy. And, to me, it's been super disappointing to see types like Alex Jones of Infowars, long-time champions of the fight against the globalist agenda, now completely falling in line behind the Trump regime, no matter what it does.
Jones, who has long railed against the government/mainstream media lies used to justify the disastrous Iraq War 20 years ago, now blindly promotes the same kinds of lies used to justify the kidnapping of the Venezuelan President and his wife, with the ultimate goal of regime change in that country. With Saddam of Iraq it was the 'Weapons of Mass Destruction' lie, now with Maduro of Venezuela it is the 'Narco-terrorist' lie. For the record, Trump has long openly spoken of his desire for the US to take control of Venezuela's oil reserves, which are among the biggest in the world.
Just like Islamist terrorist sympathisers who will literally excuse and even celebrate the most gruesome atrocities of mobs like al-queda or ISIS, there are also similar people who will excuse and even celebrate the most heinous actions of figures like Netanyahu or Trump.
As you know, Trump is also currently planning to annex Greenland, which has mammoth mineral riches waiting to be exploited. He's also threatening to do regime change in Cuba, bomb Mexican territory, and bomb Iran. Would it be good if the despicable Mexican cartels were hit hard? Yes. But are there ulterior motives for the suggestion that the US forces are going to bomb them? The question has to at least be asked.
Is the US Air Force potentially going to bomb Iran because it's recently been killing protestors and rioters? Forgive me for being sceptical about this. Firstly, Israel has killed thousands of Palestinians over the last two years, without a doubt. Possibly even tens of thousands, and a lot of this on purpose. The Trump regime doesn't care about this, and doesn't care about Iranian civilians who are killed also. This is clearly a ruse to potentially attack Iran. Is it a coincidence that Netanyahu and Trump had a meeting only a couple of weeks ago, right before the chaos in Iran was severely escalated? I can't answer definitively. But I ask you to think about it.
Further to this, according to most estimates, about 100 Iranian security forces have been killed in the recent protests/riots so far. Does this sound like 'peaceful protests'? It sounds much more like foreign interference.
On top of all of this, Trump did NOT oversee a full, unredacted release of the JFK files, which was originally promised. Quite the contrary. He has furthered the cover-up of the great conspiracy around the murder of JFK. And let's not forget that he ultimately did a similar whitewash of the Epstein files. Moreover, Trump was pictured with Epstein almost as often as Bill Clinton. Why? To play checkers?
I will leave it there for now. But I'm so happy to be able to post again. I'll endeavour to continue to post to this, and the other forum, at least once a month.
God bless you.

Re: The situation in Syria
Hello All,
In my last post, I commented that I believe that Alex Jones has become somewhat sycophantic of the Trump regime, no matter what it does.
Despite that, I still believe that Jones is largely a force for good and have no doubt he's a genuine Christian (not that it's my right to doubt anyway). He still does good work, even if he's lost his way somewhat here or there. And he allows voices of dissent against Trump to make their arguments on his website.
I refer you to a recent article by Ron Paul on the infowars.com website, titled, 'Making Imperialism Great Again'. I won't summarise, because it's very short and you can cover it in a couple of minutes.
In short, Paul highlights how Trump has totally backtracked on his earlier anti-war, anti-regime change sentiments. It's undeniable, of course, and he points out the examples of Venezuela, Cuba and Iran, before touching on how Trump wishes to dramatically increase defence spending.

Re: The situation in Syria
Hi Friends,
I'm recommending a new half-hour video on YouTube from the 'Judge Napolitano- Judging Freedom' channel. The title of this latest video is 'Scott Ritter- Free Speech and Me'.
The first 17 minutes or so deals with how Ritter had his bank account closed for mysterious reasons by, as it turns out, elements of the US government. The reason? Saying things that the Establishment doesn't like.
At about the 17:30 mark, Ritter comments on the latest crisis in Iran, which has started to die down at this point. There is 100% proof provided that the crisis was largely an Israeli/US regime change operation from the outset, backed of course with propaganda cover from the mainstream media.
Ritter sets it all out. On this occasion, it failed, because the rioters and insurrectionists had been pacified by the time Netanyahu and Trump had wanted to bomb. The scheme to bomb Iran was thus put on ice.
The evidence is there for all to see. Nothing and no-one is worthy of our adulation except for God and His son. Not Israel, not Netanyahu, not any nation, nor its leader.

Hello Everyone,
This is a fresh, insightful article from Christian news source 'The Trumpet', titled, 'Uniting States against America'.
The Trumpet is usually very pro-Trump and that has not necessarily altered, but this article is a very balanced read, reminding us that he's a flawed human with a huge ego who is trying to do things his own way, instead of God's way.
Ultimately, according to The Trumpet, while Trump has some positive aspects, he's also turning sections of the world against America, with potential long-term consequences.
