Step Thirteen

Reaching out is something I need to do more often. I'm reserved by nature so it comes harder for me.. but I need to do it, and this chat room is a good way to start :)

I need to go over some of the other steps again. The devil is attacking, but I won't let him win this battle!

I like the idea of you helping out. In chat and in the forums. :) You're right it's a great way to get involved.

Believe it or not, just smiling at people when walking in a crowd can change the atmosphere too. Don't smile and quickly look away...smile right at them as if you really want them to be happy. *BigGrin*
