Bulletins

After posting a bulletin we can't edit it.
I always forget to add a subject.
Then I can't go back and add one, cause we can't edit.
Our mistakes are set in stone. lol
Is it possible to have an edit feature to the bulletins so we can fix our mistakes. :)
