14 of 14 ... 2 b continued ?
Posted: Sun Jan 25, 2009 11:24 amThis morn , writing a script in my head prior to going to Day 14 , going aah finally 14 ( as if it was graduation or something) but, at the same time the feeling of "now what am I going to do" started creeping in.
Well went at it anyway, (usually situations like that put me in "It'll last longer if u postpone it" mode). I'm glad I did, for reading through it reminded me of the time, in another post on the Path saying something like " If this is how I feel midway , why just 14? why not 28 or 56 ?"
Also remembered the reply someone sent to the affect of "The journey continues, you simply keep at it, u'll see " (what do they know huh ?).
About 2 days ago, without knowing I was sorta jumping the gun (enthusiasm?) I try to sneek in Many Called .. forum (I'll fix it myself), I get this "you got 2 more days to go" reply, I'm going "Who asked ya?".
well, with the spirit of "Patience is a Virtue" and "Destiny is not a destination, Its a Journey" tucked my tail 'tween my legs went back to the Path.
Buuuuut - Here I am, Day 14. Guess what ?. going thru it I come to this link saying from here u go to MANY CALLED, FEW.... My thought changed from (what do they know ?) to (How did they know?) .
Reflecting back to Day 13, it was suggested that I join y'all at chat room I went HUH ? ( something I dreaded since 1st day coming to OASIS)
not knowing any better, also my 1st try at "chat" exp. I clicked on the 1st thing I saw on Welcome to OASIS page . HAH ! Lizzie responds !!! I mean, by the time I typed Hi she was at Inauguration day, I'm going "Let's see what else they got here". Blessed soul that she is, she just kept at it , mentioned something 'bout CCCC & 14 day and here I am , being asked to go back to chat room Hmmm. "that's what they say, that's what I do" right ? (Its God guiding me and all) So chat room I go, and I get this "Access denied - contact ..." msge ! I go AHA !!! I try----ed !!! see it wasn't just me who didnt wanna be here ladida, "stick to snail mail vahn"
back to re-reading my yesterday's post I see this comp. crashes., hawking computers & all that. Not taking no 4 an answer, back to "chat", I must say this , "When God asks you to jump, dont ask how high, just jump ! no questions !" It was the most exciting experience , thanx to some open ears & hearts that patiently stayed w me throughout the (ordeal) and despite the fact that I messed it up a bit (again) at the end , My "thank u prayer" last nite had a jolt in it. If anything , the person I was chatting w said "May b you'll learn how to type faster thru this" They were right ,AGAIN ! I can type faster now, the fact that I started typing this note last month & finish it today proves it !!
Got 2 get going , gotta check out the other forum see Who's Calling !

I TOLD YOU SO! ok, got that out of the way. Hip Hip Hooray!!!! You finished the study....now you can move onward. I can't wait to see what the Lord has planned for you now. Gets more exciting my friend....I can assure you. Every step on the path is another step on the journey. He's gonna use you to do some awesome stuff for His glory!
