John's Journal Day 8

I believe this step is a reinforcement to what we have been learning and i have already been practicing it some.I can see where it will take more practice because its amazing how quick the wrong things slip into my mind. And now i have the next five days off work to practice :) Only scored a 50 on yesterday's miracle grow chart so I need to be more disciplined !
I can do it because He will help me :)
