My Journal entry #6

Well, it has happened. I'm not sure what to include in my journal for today. I read the step and I really like the idea of the chart! I made one for daily, weekly and monthly goals though. I wanted to include going to church (weekly) and going to Bible study (monthly). I have included "stop smoking" on the daily chart! I'm starting it tomorrow
Well, today if you count today as the 10th. I couldn't think of 10 goals, so I'll have to think some more on it before it's completed.
I also included "Control my thoughts". That's easier written than done! But I'm going to try!
