Sometimes chat gets crabby.... do what I do... grab some duct tape and hang on

There is a lil box that pops up (ya might hafta enable pop ups) which will give you some additional tips for getting chat ungrumpy

If all else fails... Yell for *help*

(here) and I will kick it til phan is able to assist ya *run*
