anger management
I am walking a path with God.... its a relationship, so i know that it takes time to grow and i am so excited about my salvation through Christ.
i am an impatient person and get agitated and rise to anger quickly. i dont like this side of me and really need guidance on how to be more patient with people when i feel that they aren't paying attention , especially with people who tend to irrate me by not thinking things through before they say them... there is no excuse for my reactions - its so weird because i struggle most with the peole i love the most....help me God

Hello CandyHugo
God bless you this day.
It just so happens that there is a Study on this site, entitled "Anger Management" -- the same title you gave your post. Pretty cool, huh?
Anyway, here is the link to the study: http://www.christianityoasis.com/Keywor ... gement.htm
I hope you are as blessed by the study as I was.
God bless and keep you.
In Christ Jesus' love,
Sister Mack

Re: anger management
Hello Candyhugo
I found apologizing helped me to control my anger. No matter what they did wrong if I reacted even the slightest out of Gods will I would make myself apologize.
That link Mackenaw shared is a good study. I encourage you along side of Mack to read that.
Also post up some verses on anger. Consider taking a few deep breathes before you respond to someone when you think you might be angry.
