Its been a hard day to focus. My daughter is in NYC, she's fine but her dad is not use to "not being there' when she could need help. I know I'm probally being a pain to her, but she's still my little girl. My home has had to be rebuilt from the floods in N. Florida (tropical storm Debby). I've been patient for 4 months, but today I had to have a heart to heart talk with my contractor, thank you Holy Spirit for not allowing me to say what I wanted, but what you would . Grace is not always easy. I dont want to be walked all over, BUT I truly want to represent my Lord. If knock, seek, and ask works with my Heavenly Father, I shall knock, seek, and ask ALL THE TIME (with grace) with my contractor. Renewing the mind really works, I would be miserable had I said what my old mind wanted. Today was another great word. I find that when I stay in prayer, the word and having concern for others, leaves less time for me . I find the less time I have for "entertainment" the more I seem to grow closer to God. What bothers me so much is that I know what to do but I dont always do it. Rom 7:24-25 What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death? Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord! Thank you Lord for Your grace. Holy Spirit teach me to give grace to others as Christ has given to me.
