This forum is for those who are participating in the Many Called Few Chosen program and for those who feel that they have been Called by God. This is the place to share thoughts with others who also feel called. Many have been Called by God to serve Him BUT few will be chosen. The reason is simple ... Few choose to answer the Call. Who am I? What a funny question to ask myself on the verge of my 50th birthday! It seems, though, that upon further reflection, I have spent most of my life searching for the answer to this question. Until recently I would have said simply, "I am an American...Caucasian...female...mother...wife...daughter...sister...friend...student...retail manager.". Looking at these descriptions I see now how each one allows me to see myself only as a member of a group that includes others who share the same description. These groups are not all-inclusive, nor do they provide the complete answer to my question. These groups seem more like cultural subcategories.

If I think of myself as a child of God, I am not limited by the narrow constraints of these groups. What a freeing thought! As a child of God, there are no limits to what I can be...or what I can do...or what I can achieve...in service to others for the Glory of God!
