jornel day 2 rebound

im stuck between step 2 and 3. they are harder than i could imagine. i can barley eat or sleep even though ive cut out some things in my life it still is not enough. each day brings more hope for me that i can save the relationship with my wife i cant bear to lose seeing her face.
