Dogs? Why?

Why is it that dogs love to hang their head out of the car window, but will
will try to bite/lick u if you blow in their face?

rofl nene does this to my boxer...he turns his head away from her and says things that are unintelligible...but I have a feeling he's saying "if you don't stop I'm gonna bite you a good one missy."
