LEFT BEHIND

When you recognize these things happening ...
Jesus tells those in Judæa, it's time to go into hiding.

This is a VERY important message that Jesus has shared. In the SAME DAY that some of the Christians are Raptured and other Christians are hidden, the Great Tribulation begins. IF you are Left Behind, you need to be aware of these Spiritual Time Landmarks.

Many people wonder, Why would God leave His beloved people on earth to endure the Great Tribulation? If you look at this from a different point of view, you'll understand. God's chosen people were left ON EARTH to endure the Great Flood as to replenish the Earth just as it will be during the End Times as the Bible clearly reveals.

That doesn't mean that those who are Raptured are not chosen, or less chosen than those who remain, it simply means that different people have different callings. Being a Christian and being left behind is a time of purification (refining, brought through fire) of the soul for some, but for others, it is not a punishment, or a time of cleansing, but a time of service. It may even be a time of reward for some.

If you're a person who God believes would be happier on earth and would serve Him better here than as an angel, He makes the call, not us. Incidentally, Noah and his family were protected during the 40 days and 40 nights of the Great Flood, and throughout the entire year that they were on the ark, until it was safe to come out, just as God's chosen of the End Times will be protected during the Great Tribulation.

Just relax now, because I know many of you are sensitive about this subject, and when someone suggests that you may not be taken in a Rapture, your feathers get all ruffled, but didn't we read earlier that whoever seeks to save his life, shall lose it?

Perhaps all that's needed to change our attitude about staying on earth during and after the End Times is a different perspective. A little later on in our study, you'll find that there are some pretty remarkable things in store for those who are left behind, so cheer up! You're in for a pleasant surprise.

God will hide and protect His children.

Here's an interesting thing to consider. You may interpret John's description of "two wings of a great eagle" as a figure of speech, but nothing is impossible for God, so we may just see people with wings, flying into the wilderness when the time comes. Is that awesome, or what? If John was indeed using a figure of speech, you can bet that the method by which 'the woman' arrives in the wilderness will be remarkable. Who knows, many people, who are chosen to stay, but haven't the capability to walk very far, may be healed, or their youth may be restored, or they may just wake up in the cave of a mountain that day ... We can't put limits on God's power just because our imaginations are limited.

If you are chosen to stay on earth after the first Rapture, for whatever reasons GOD sees fit ... Things will be more than a lil bit strange just as it was for Noah and his family. Many people who don't understand, will be grieving because their loved ones have been taken in the Rapture, and it's likely that many disasters will occur as a result of this event.

I mean think about it ... If the Lord takes millions of Christians to Heaven all at the same time, from wherever they happen to be, and no matter what they're doing, there may be automobile accidents, interruption of electricity, phone service, utilities, etc., because many who provide these services will be ... gone! There's sure to be looting or riots when this happens, and you'll be surprised at how many people won't know what in the world is going on.

At this point in the End Times, between the 6th and 7th Seals, just after the first Rapture, if you haven't been taken to heaven, or died in the name of Christ, this is the time you will begin hiding in the wilderness. Because you have been LEFT BEHIND.
