Fear ...
It’s a spiritual reaction from our thoughts and beliefs which can
control our lives making us no more than a puppet to said fears.
There are all types and sources of fear.
Isn’t it strange how mankind likes to take our idiosyncrasies
(personal habits) and create fancy lil names for them as to explain
away these personal habits. In doing so, we begin to accept these
personal habits as being real and we tend to establish these habits
as a crutch of sorts ... A response when we are confronted or
overwhelmed by some event.

Let me explain. When fear strikes, it’s because of negative or
frightening thoughts which can also cause physical reactions. BUT, if
you would establish the habit of telling yourself thoughts of Truth,
during these attacks of negative thoughts ... You can avoid the
resulting fear.
