The Purity Publishers Website Terms of Use Agreement, specify what the users of the Purity Publishers Website can expect from us, and what we expect from our Users. By accessing areas of the Purity Publishers Website and in particular submitting a manuscript, Users are considered as to have accepted the Terms Of Use Agreement.

Basic Policy

By submitting your manuscript, User agrees that the material received by Purity Publishers belongs to the USER and that they grant Purity Publishers the right to publish the manuscript as an e-Book and place it within our Christian community at Christianity Oasis in our Christian book shop at Purity Publications.

User understands that their manuscript will be created into an E-book and NOT made into printed material and that we are a 100% free service both for user, our members and guest readers and therefore there are NO royalties or gain of any sort other than sharing user's God given gifts and message with others.

I. Website Conduct

User agrees to use the Purity Publishers Website for lawful purposes only, without exception. User is prohibited from posting any unlawful, abusive, obscene, harmful, vulgar, threatening, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racial, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal act, give rise to civil disobedience, or otherwise violate any laws. Purity Publishers reserves the right to prohibit any and all content that we receive. If Purity Publishers becomes aware of any book on the Purity Publishers Website that in any way breaks our criteria requirements, Purity Publishers will remove the book from our Website.

II. Termination of Service

Purity Publishers may delete the user's manuscript from it's forums, without notice, for any reason that we deem reasonable. The User may at any time request that their manuscript be removed from our forums.

III. User Age Requirements

Purity Publishers does not intend the Purity Publishers Website to be used by minors, without parental supervision. We expect the parents or guardians of Users under the age of 18 to decide if any content on the Purity Publishers Website is appropriate for access by underage Users.

IV. Trademarks

All rights are reserved. All of our logos, graphics and trademarks on the Purity Publishers Website may not be used without prior written consent of Purity Publishers . Upon termination of contract between Purity Publishers and the Author, the website will remain the property of Purity Publishers. The Author's manuscript will be removed as it will remain the property of the Author.

V. Liability

No Purity Publishers representative has made any guarantees to any user as to the service we provide or the end result of their book.

VI. Warning

The unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted material is illegal and may subject the user to criminal prosecution as well as civil liability. User will be the liable party for any damage(s) resulting from any infringement of copyrights. Purity Publishers will not be liable for any damage(s) resulting from any infringement of copyrights. Copyrighting user manuscript is the sole responsibility of the user.

VII. Acknowledgment

The Terms of Use Agreement represents the understanding between User and Purity Publishers regarding User's relationship with Purity Publishers and supersedes any alleged statements or representations. When using the Purity Publishers Website, the User is bound by these terms.
