Pie Crust
1 cup all purpose flour
5 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons tablespoons very cold water
(optional)¼ teaspoon salt
(optional)½ teaspoon sugar
Whisk flour, salt and sugar together.
Mix canola oil and cold water together.
Mix dry ingredients with liquid with a spoon into a ball.
Knead 2-4 times then roll it out with a rolling pin. |
