Veggies Galore
You will need celery, baby corn,
egg plant, several carrots, a large onion, a tomato, and
capsicum. Boil the baby corn and throw in the carrot sticks
and celery as well for about 5 minutes. Then fry the onion and
when brow. Add the pounded garlic and then the chopped
eggplant capsicum and tomato. Simmer for a while and add the
previously boiled ingredients and some water to stew. Enjoy
your veggies with boiled white rice or spaghetti.
