Butter Finger Cake
1 Chocolate Cake Mix --- Fix as directed.
I like the dark chocolate for this one.
Then as soon as it comes out of the oven.
Pour a can of sweetened condensed Milk over
it. Then as soon as it dissolves into the
cake. Pour an entire jar of Caramel Ice
Cream flavoring over it. Then let the cake
completely cool. Then mix up a box of
White Chocolate Instant Pudding. Fold in
one small tub of Cool Whip and put on top of
cake. Crush up 5-6 Butterfinger bars and
sprinkle on top. If you don't like
Butterfingers then try your favorite candy
bar there. Chill and Eat!
Middle Chocolate Brownies
You will need your favorite brownie recipe ...
Whether it be homemade or box ... Which ever.
Then you will need two of the one pound
Hershey's Chocolate Bars.
Directions
Make brownie recipe as directed on box. Put half of it in the baking dish (I use a glass dish). Then put down the Hershey's Chocolate Bar. Then the rest of the brownie mix. You can garnish it with nuts of your choice if you desire. Up to you. Then cook it for the longest time suggested on the box. Once removed from the oven the trick is you gotta let it cool all the way! (This
is the hardest part.) Once cooled you can cut into squares ... And eat!
These are delicious ... And you can change
and add nuts if you want, or top with Ice Cream too.
Potato Soup
3 cubes of Chicken Bouillon
6 cups of water
½ onion chopped
Bring this to a boil.
Then add ...
1 - 32 oz. pkg. Southern Style Ore Ida Hash browns
Cook till tender.
Then add ...
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 lb. of Velveeta cheese cubed
Let all of this cook on low heat for 45
minutes stirring occasionally.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
*We use Mrs. Dash for flavor ... Low in sodium.
Double recipe if you have a family the size
of mine.
Punch Bowl Cake
Ingredients:
1 pkg. of Banana Cream Pudding
1 Angel Food Cake
3 cups of sliced strawberries
1 pkg. of strawberry glaze
3 cups of sliced bananas
1 container of Cool Whip
1 cup of Walnut Halves (optional)
Directions
Mix up the banana cream pudding as to
directions on the box, place in the bottom
of a large bowl, (you can use a punch bowl
or any kind of bowl) then tear up the angel
food cake into pieces and place over the
pudding mixture, mix sliced strawberries
with glaze and layer it on top of the angel
food cake, then place sliced bananas on top
of the strawberry mixture, top with the Cool
whip, and garnish with walnut halves if you
desire the nuts. Refrigerate for two hours
before serving.
*Add some more flavor or color to it and
add some fresh blueberries on top of the
bananas.*
You can use lite cool whip and sugar free
pudding if you so want to cut on calories.
