As we pick up with the Ministry of Jesus, He went into Capernaum and on the Sabbath day, He went into the synagogue and taught. People were astonished with His teaching. He captivated the people, He wasn't like the scribes. A scribe was a person who studied the Scriptures and served as a copyist, editor, teacher, jurist, author or journalist. His heart was in His teaching.

The man said with a loud voice, Leave us alone; what business do you have with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are; the Holy One of God. Jesus rebuked the spirit that was inside the man saying, Be quiet and come out of him. Then, tossing the man violently, the devil left him without harming him. Everyone was amazed and said to one another, What kind of new teaching is this? He orders the unclean spirits with power and authority and they obey Him!

A sure sign of the presence of evil spirits within the mind/soul, is the fruits (our actions and reactions) ... Anger, lust, greed, fear, doubt in Jesus, etc.

Devils came out of many, saying, You are the Christ the Son of God. Jesus rebuked them and didn't allow them to speak because they knew that He was Christ and it was not time for the people to know.

In the morning, Jesus rose up long before dawn and went to a quiet place and prayed. Peter and those who were with him followed Jesus and they found Him and said, Everyone is looking for you. Jesus said, Let's go into the next towns so that I can preach the Kingdom of God there, too. That's why I've been sent. And He preached and cast out devils throughout all of Galilee.
