There are some interesting things that you might want to know about those who will be Raptured, just in case you're not one of them. First of all, if you're a Christian ... If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that He died for your sins, was resurrected, and you accept Him as your Savior, but you're not taken in a Rapture, that doesn't mean that you're doomed or that Jesus doesn't love you. It simply means that God has a different calling for you. It doesn't necessarily mean that you'll be put through fire either ... That all depends on the choices you've made in your life. But just maybe God will leave you here on earth during and/or after the End Times for other reasons, which you'll discover in this study. So sit back, relax and enjoy the new found wisdom that is about to be revealed to you. Now, in case you did not catch this or decided not to check out the Rapture study, I want to share a TRUTH with you about those Raptured people ...  

Many of you may have seen the movie series entitled "Left Behind" which depicts the author's interpretation of what things may be like during the End Times. While it offers many interesting situations to consider, there are many things presented in films that aren't Biblically sound. It's always important that you confirm things in scripture. Then ... Interpretation is the most important aspect of seeking TRUTH and without discernment from the Holy Spirit ... You can be deceived.

In the "Left Behind" series, when the Rapture occurs, those who are left behind discover the clothing of the Raptured people neatly folded wherever they happened to be when they were Raptured. This suggests that their PHYSICAL flesh was carried away naked to Heaven or perhaps they were "beamed up" to Heaven.

Let us take a look and see if scripture is in harmony with this.

When Jesus was describing the Rapture to His disciples in the Olivet Discourse, He said:

But there is another scripture in the book of Matthew describing the same event which uses a different word in the place of the word "body" ...

This clearly suggests that there will be carcasses (dead bodies) left on earth, of the people who are taken up to Heaven when the Rapture occurs.

This reveals that the theory shared in the movie series "Left Behind" which suggests that when the Rapture occurs that the Christians that are taken will have their clothing neatly folded and their flesh will be taken to Heaven as being ... WRONG.

Let's look at what the Bible says happens to Christians when they die ...
Keep in mind Christians do NOT die at the Rapture.
BUT ... Do Christians that pass on from this realm to the next really DIE?

IF one does the math on all scripture that has just been shared,
It is OBVIOUS that at the Rapture ...

The body stays behind.

Obviously it isn't the flesh that is taken to Heaven but rather our soul that is taken.

The mortal bodies are gone and they receive an immortal body.

It is important to understand that the flesh does not rise to Heaven because the people ... and in particular, antichrist ... that are here on earth will have to explain to those on earth what has just occurred when the Rapture happens. IF there are missing people they would have to suggest one thing, and if there are dead bodies, they would have to suggest another.

If there are dead bodies as we discovered is what will occur, they would probably be able to blame a plague or some natural disaster because there will be many events occurring at this time on earth which they could use to explain away the dead bodies as not to admit that it was the Christian Rapture as to deceive those on earth who do not know TRUTH.

At the Rapture, the chosen souls meet the Lord in the air and go straight to Heaven
as discussed in the rapture study.
