Suicide is becoming a popular way to deal with our problems.
But is it an actual solution or just the beginning of more
intense and eternal problems?
In this study, we will
look into not only the reason for suicide, but the answers
on how to overcome thoughts of suicide.
Let us seek and find
the TRUTH of the suicide together shall we?
Most people won't admit it,
but there is at one time or another in most everyone's life
when the thought of suicide crosses their mind ... People
usually contemplate suicide when something in their life has
gotten out of hand. It's so bad that they feel desperate
enough to consider taking the only action that they believe
will solve the problem ...
BUT WILL
IT?
They
believe that they are going to end their problems, but they
are actually opening a whole new can of WORMS. They are
assuming that all their problems will all just go away and
they will find peace. HOWEVER, that is just an assumption
... And a wrong one. They are taking a chance on the unknown
and what could prove to be FAR worse problems than the
situation they're in right now. New and bigger problems that
will affect their everlasting future.
EVERLASTING FUTURE?
I'd like to make something very clear to
you. The end of life on this Earth is only the death of the
flesh ... The problem is that we are created in three parts.
FLESH - SPIRIT - SOUL
The Human Trinity

1 John 5:7-8
For there are three that bear record
IN HEAVEN, the Father, the Word (Jesus), and the Holy Ghost: and
these THREE ARE ONE.
And there are three that bear witness
IN EARTH,
the
Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these
THREE AGREE IN ONE. |
The WATER
represents the BODY
since the human body is made up of mostly water.
The
BLOOD
represents the SOUL
cuz DNA in blood is used to identify a specific person.

WHEN WE
DIE |
|
Our
BODY
returns to dust:
Genesis 3:19
for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.

Our
SPIRIT
returns to God:
Ecclesiastes 12:7
Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was:
and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
|
That leaves the SOUL. The SOUL is the YOU
part of the human Trinity. The soul continues on to the next
Realm. Whether your soul goes to
Abraham's Bosom (Paradise) when you die, or whether it
goes to
Hell,
is the real question here. Does the soul of one who CHOSE to
commit suicide automatically go to Hell?
Nobody can answer that, except God.
The Sixth
Commandment is Thou shalt not kill. There's no question that
God included ourselves when He wrote that commandment in our
hearts.
But ONLY God can judge us.
It is
written that it is hard to imagine what God has prepared for
those who love Him, just as it is hard to imagine the
unending torment that awaits those who end up in
Hell. Don’t be deceived into believing that once a soul goes to Hell, that
there’s an end to the pain and agony. It has just begun.
Don’t misinterpret the realm
of death to be the “end” of anything, except your physical,
fleshly life on Earth. A soul still lives on in Hell and
continues to experience it’s pain forever.
If you
think you can't handle your life on this Earth, and the
problems that you are facing now are too big ... Consider
the phrase 'Out of the frying pan, and into the fire'.
IN SHORT ... SUICIDE IS
NOT GETTING RID OF THE PROBLEMS WE ARE DEALING WITH BUT IS
MORE LIKE FLIPPING A COIN TO DETERMINE IF OUR SOUL WILL END
UP IN ETERNAL HORROR.
TIME FOR
SOME TRUTH
I will
tell you the TRUTH of what
really happens to one who is contemplating suicide. The
devil planted a seed in their mind, and they CHOSE to ponder
on it which is like watering this seed and the seed of suicide grew. Now
it's a big weed, and they cannot see beyond it. All they have to do is overcome it with
TRUTH.
There's
something going on called Spiritual Warfare.
It is a battle for souls ... The devil is trying to capture
as many souls as he can. If you give in to the devil's plan
by trying to convince yourself to give up your life ... You
are handing your soul over to the enemy.
Of course
he will whisper in your mind that
if you do take your own life you will be at peace from the
problems, but don't forget, he is the father of lies. Here
is TRUTH ... Once you're in Hell, you won't be given a
trial, or an opportunity to file a complaint that you were
lied to and deceived. You get an everlasting life sentence
once you're there. There will be weeping and gnashing of
teeth, and burning, and torment ... FOREVER.
IS IT
GOD CALLING?
Here is another possibility ... Maybe the
feeling that you have of not fitting into the world around
you which you have CHOSEN to allow you to be overcome with
grief and consider suicide is a CALLING. Yes, you
heard me right. Maybe it is GOD CALLING YOU to serve HIM. It
could be that the only way God could get your undivided
attention to awake you to your calling to serve Him, was to
put you in a situation where there is an ultimatum involved
and you are pondering on the wrong choice. Sounds pretty
strange huh? Check this out ...
Many times, the only way God can get our
attention is to remove anything that stands between us and
Him. What IF the thing that is upsetting you so much is the
LOSS of the thing that was between you and God? It could
very well be that He is urging you, by pruning away things
in your life that are hindering you from your calling ...
It may be that you lost your loved one to
death or divorce, got fired from a job or maybe your
finances are out of control, failed in school, contracted illness, have an addiction,
etc.
Maybe your grief is something that's more
spiritual in nature, maybe you feel like you have no
purpose, or you may feel rejected, unaccepted and unloved.
Perhaps you feel like a failure or that you've deeply
disappointed someone.
Maybe it's a physical problem ... Maybe
you feel you're overweight, or unattractive to your peers.
Maybe you feel like you do not fit in with the worldly
trends around you.
Sometimes the problems in our life are all
we can see ... We get tunnel vision, or we put blinders on,
and we let them overshadow the blessings that DO exist in
our life.
This could very well be a CALLING.
The devil's plan is to get you to believe
that things are hopeless and that you are helpless and that
the answer is to give it all up. It's a lie. It doesn't
matter who you are or what you've done, you are still God's
child and HE loves you. He put you here on Earth for a
purpose ... To glorify Him. There is no glory in taking away
the life that He gave you.
If you have attempted suicide or think
about it let me ask you this ... What have you got to lose
by giving your life to God? You were considering kicking
your life to the curb anyway. Consider using the life that
you were going to surrender anyway ... To help Him bring
other lost souls to HIM.
What an example you would be ... if you
can overcome through Jesus.
There are people right here at the Oasis
that care so very much for you and are looking to become
your friend. Not a pity type of friendship, but real LOVE.
After all, you ARE their brother or sister in the eyes of
God so they see it that way too. Get into the forums and

START A
NEW LIFE
RIGHT NOW
Every day
is a new day, every moment a new beginning. It's never too
late to start afresh. If you want to get rid of your old
life, you can ... Without ending your life to do it. You can
be a totally different person ... All you have to do is
surrender your old life and all of it's problems to Jesus
and RENEW your MIND.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye
transformed by the
renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable,
and perfect, will of God. |
Despite how
deeply you feel that you are hurting, YOU can change that
... Just by changing your thoughts, and reaching out to
Jesus.
New
life, new goals, new purpose, new YOU.
Why not,
instead of being an advocate of death, turn the tables
around on the adversary. Why not become an advocate for
LIFE! RIGHT NOW!
One example

Jesus. How would you like to be excited to get up in the
morning because you can't wait to help one of your Father's
children who are lost? How would you like it if you were too
excited to go to sleep at night because you've turned
someone else from grief to glory? What are you waiting for?
You've got SO much to DO!!!
If you're
considering getting rid of your old life, I invite you to
begin a new life. You can begin something new right here,
right this minute ... for God and insure (according to His
Word) everlasting life with Him.
I hope that

decide to surrender your life not to your own hand, but
rather to Jesus, will become your new birthday.
