Christian Jesus is Lord of All

Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible

The Biblical Jesus told a parable about being prepared ...

Matthew 25:1-13

1 Then shall the Kingdom of Heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.
6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet Him.
7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps.
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.
9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.
10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with Him to the marriage: and the door was shut.
11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us.
12 But He answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

He spoke of 10 women that were to become brides and that 5 were wise and 5 were foolish. The 5 wise women put oil in their lamps as to be prepared in case the Groom came while it was dark, the 5 foolish, did not. Then all 10 slept. The Groom came while it was dark and the 5 foolish women had no oil for their lamps and could not find Him. The wise went with Him and the "door was shut."

Jesus is Lord and Savior and is saying is that we need to be prepared for His return, before He gets here. It is kind of like musical chairs. You know, the game we played as children. Make sure you have a seat ... When the music stops.

How do we become prepared for the return of Jesus? In our Biblical Jesus is Lord of All journey, we read that those that were believers were taken to Heaven. So, it is simple. To be prepared, we must first become believers in Jesus and know that the Christian Jesus is Lord and Savior.

Now, I know most of you reading this Biblical Jesus study are Christians, but there are some that have not chosen to believe as of yet. This Christian Jesus is Lord of all path to peace will prove that Jesus is Lord and Savior by using past prophecy shared with us in the Bible.

The Bible made many "predictions" about the coming of the Lord and for this Biblical Jesus to be the Lord of All, He must meet all of the prophecy criteria. With this Biblical Jesus is Lord of All Scripture research, we will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Christian Jesus truly is who He claims to be.

Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible Journey

We will provide Prophetic Scripture and then the words and deeds of Jesus who fulfilled every one of the Biblical Prophecies. Let's take a look at some of these prophecies, together and seek the Truth of the Biblical Jesus being the long awaited Lord and Savior.

Isaiah 7:14-16

14 Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.
15 Butter and honey shall He eat, that He may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.
16 For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.

A prophecy of a Virgin Birth ...

Matthew 1:17-23

17 So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as His mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.
20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the Angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
21 And she shall bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call His name Jesus: for He shall save His people from their sins.
22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,
23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a Son, and they shall call His name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

Jesus was ... One extremely intriguing bit of evidence that the Biblical Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible.

Isaiah 9:6-7

6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon His Kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

Child born, shall be God ...

1 John 5:7

For there are three that bear record in Heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

Again, in the Old Testament He makes it so clear ...

Isaiah 48:16

Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and His Spirit, hath sent Me.

Awesome huh? Not only does the Biblical Jesus (Being the Word of God) reveal the Truth of the Trinity by saying The Lord and His Spirit sent Me but shares with us that Jesus has been from the beginning, just as the Apostle John revealed and that it is Jesus that speaks to us in the Word of God (The Bible) as He is the Word of God.

John 1:1-14

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.
4 In Him was life; and the life was the light of men.
5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.
7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through Him might believe.
8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.
9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not.
11 He came unto His own, and His own received Him not.
12 But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of Grace and Truth.

This is why Jesus said:

John 10:30

I and my Father are one.

Sooooooo ... Jesus is. Another bit of proof that the Christian Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible.

Matthew 2:15

And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my Son.

He will come out of Egypt ...

Matthew 2:13-15

13 And when they were departed, behold, the Angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and His mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy Him.
14 When he arose, he took the young child and His mother by night, and departed into Egypt:
15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my Son.

Jesus did ... Yet another absolutely awesome tidbit of truth that points at the Christian Jesus is Lord of all.

Micah 5:2

But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall He come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

The Lord will be born in Bethlehem ...

Matthew 2:1-6

1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,
2 Saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship Him.
3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.
4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.
5 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,
6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

Jesus was. Uh uh ... More facts that prove that the Biblical Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible.

Malachi 3:1

Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and the LORD, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to His temple, even the messenger of the Covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, He shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.

A messenger prepares way for the Lord ...

Matthew 3:1-3

1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
2 And saying, Repent ye: for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.
3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make His paths straight.

This was John The Baptist just before the Biblical Jesus.

Isaiah 53:2-12

2 For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: He hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see Him, there is no beauty that we should desire Him.
3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not.
4 Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and He was afflicted, yet He opened not His mouth: He is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so He openeth not His mouth.
8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare His generation? for He was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was He stricken.
9 And He made His grave with the wicked, and with the rich in His death; because He had done no violence, neither was any deceit in His mouth.
10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise Him; He hath put Him to grief: when thou shalt make His soul an offering for sin, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.
11 He shall see of the travail of His soul, and shall be satisfied: by His knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for He shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He hath poured out His soul unto death: and He was numbered with the transgressors; and He bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

The Lord would die for our sins. Jesus did! Wow, still even more evidence that the Biblical Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible.

A star in Heaven predicted His birth ...

Matthew 2:2

Saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? For we have seen His Star in the east, and are come to worship Him.

All of Israel will kill the Lamb on the 4th day of Passover week.

Exodus 12:3-6

3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:
4 And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.
5 Your lamb shall be without blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it out from the sheep, or from the goats:
6 And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

Passover is a Holy day and time period to the Jewish people and the events that took place at Passover back when Moses was to lead God's people out of Egypt were a shadow of things to come.

Colossians 2:17

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

They did crucify Jesus on the 4th day of Passover week, He is called the Lamb of God and His blood keeps death from overtaking you. Yep, still more truth that the Biblical Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible.

Psalms 69:21

They gave me also gall for my meat; and in my thirst they gave me vinegar to drink.

They will give Him vinegar ...

Matthew 27:34

They gave Him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when He had tasted thereof, He would not drink.

They gave Jesus vinegar ... There is more proof that Christian Jesus is Lord and Savior.

Zechariah 9:9-11

9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: He is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.
10 And I will cut off the chariot from Ephraim, and the horse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow shall be cut off: and He shall speak peace unto the heathen: and His dominion shall be from sea even to sea, and from the river even to the ends of the earth.
11 As for thee also, by the blood of thy Covenant I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water.

The Lord rides in on mule ...

Matthew 21:1-5

1 And when they drew nigh unto Jerusalem, and were come to Bethphage, unto the mount of Olives, then sent Jesus two disciples,
2 Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose them, and bring them unto me.
3 And if any man say ought unto you, ye shall say, The Lord hath need of them; and straightway he will send them.

4 All this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying,
5 Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold, thy King cometh unto thee, meek, and sitting upon an ass, and a colt the foal of an ass.

Jesus did ... The Christian Jesus is Lord of all.

Zechariah 11:10-13

10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.
11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the Lord.
12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.
13 And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the LORD.

The Lord will be sold for silver ...

Matthew 27:3-9

3 Then Judas, which had betrayed Him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,
4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.
5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.
6 And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.
7 And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in.
8 Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day.
9 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of Him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value;

Jesus was. More fulfilled prophecy that the Biblical Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible. But, did you know that there is scripture that predicts the actual day that the Lord that was to come, would enter Jerusalem. Let's take a look at this together, and see if Jesus showed up when the prophet Daniel predicted.

Daniel 9:24-27

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy Holy City, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince (Biblical Jesus) shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for Himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Christian Jesus is Lord of All Prophecy
Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible Timing

It says that 70 weeks were determined upon Israel. The term "week" is used in the Bible to describe a 7 year period. So, 70 weeks is equal to 490 years. In a vision that Daniel had:

Daniel 9:25

Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

An Angel tells Daniel, that from the order to rebuild Jerusalem, which occurred in 445 BC by Artaxerexes unto the long awaited Messiah would be 69 weeks (483 years).

Nehemiah 2:1-7

1 And it came to pass in the month Nisan, in the twentieth year of Artaxerxes the king, that wine was before him: and I took up the wine, and gave it unto the king. Now I had not been beforetime sad in his presence.
2 Wherefore the king said unto me, Why is thy countenance sad, seeing thou art not sick? this is nothing else but sorrow of heart. Then I was very sore afraid,
3 And said unto the king, Let the king live for ever: why should not my countenance be sad, when the city, the place of my fathers' sepulchres, lieth waste, and the gates thereof are consumed with fire?
4 Then the king said unto me, For what dost thou make request? So I prayed to the God of Heaven.
5 And I said unto the king, If it please the king, and if thy servant have found favour in thy sight, that thou wouldest send me unto Judah, unto the city of my fathers' sepulchres, that I may build it.
6 And the king said unto me, (the queen also sitting by him,) For how long shall thy journey be? and when wilt thou return? So it pleased the king to send me; and I set him a time.
7 Moreover I said unto the king, If it please the king, let letters be given me to the governors beyond the river, that they may convey me over till I come into Judah;

Christian Jesus is Lord of All
Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible

So, the Angel predicts that from 445 BC to this Messiah (Biblical Jesus) would be 483 years. There are 360 days in a Jewish year. Based on this, it is exactly 483 years or 173,880 days from the order to rebuild Jerusalem to the awaited Messiah ... Which is the exact day that Jesus rode into Jerusalem, just days before He was crucified and resurrected, proving that the Christian Jesus is the Messiah. But, remember, a total of 70 weeks or 490 years was predicted by the Angel in verse 24, to bring in everlasting righteousness and anoint the most Holy.

Since we discovered that it was only 483 years from the order to rebuild Jerusalem to the day Jesus entered Jerusalem, that leaves this extra week, or 7 year period. There is a simple explanation for this. The Bible makes it clear that when Jesus was crucified and resurrected, that Israel's "time clock" stopped and it now began a time period known as the "time of the Gentiles."

Luke 21:24

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

In short, the Jewish people got a certain amount of time to choose God, but chose their selfish ways instead and then Jesus was sent from Heaven, but the Jewish people did not accept Him as Lord. Their time stopped. Then all other nations and races (Gentiles) get the same amount of time (about 2000 years) to accept the Lord. Then the "gentiles" time ends and the last "week" or seven year period will take place. This 7 year period of time is called ... The End Times.

Did you notice that, Antichrist reigns terror for 3½ years ... The two witnesses prophecy for 3½ years ... and, the woman in the wilderness is hidden for 3½ years ... Is it not coincidental that 3½ years is exactly half of 7 years? As you recall from our discovery of the two "Raptures" in between the 6th and 7th Seal and again in between the 6th and 7th Trumpet, it suggests that the first "Rapture," consists of people of all nations (Gentiles) and it appears that the believing Gentiles do not have to experience the second 3½ years in which Antichrist is reigning terror.

So ... It is obvious that the End Times are split into two, 3½ year periods. (The 7 remaining years from the 490 years.) There will be an End Times period for the Gentiles, then a gathering and "Rapture" of those believing Christians. Then an End Times period for the Israelites and a gathering and a "Rapture" for the Jewish believers and those who became Christians during the second 3½ years.

Look at this Christian Jesus is Lord and Savior in the Bible proof again ...

Daniel 9:26-27

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah [Jesus] be cut off, but not for Himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

This Scripture shared in this Biblical Jesus is Lord of all lesson tells of "the people of the prince that shall come" (Antichrist's empire) "confirming a covenant" (deal or treaty) with Israel for 7 years, but will break the covenant in the "midst" of the 7 years and set out to destroy Israel. This simply means that many countries will "confirm" or agree with a peace treaty made between Israel and another country and then break the deal during the 7 year time period. This sounds very similar to the peace treaty between Israel and Palestine in which the old Roman Empire (United Nations) "confirmed" in the past few years and are still trying to get them to make yet another peace treaty. As Jesus said, watch and be Prepared ...
